I went into this location on 3÷11÷16 with my mom and sister. We were not acknowledged AT ALL. We walked around for a few minutes testing out mattresses and still no «hi» or «ill be right with you» because she was with a customer. Eventually I got fed up of not being acknowledged and left and headed down to the Wards Corner location where I was spoken to and taken care of.

Excellent promotions and sales prices. Outstanding friendly customer service from associates especially from cyndy basnight, very knowledgable. she helped us with every question and concern we had.
My husband and I have opposite mattress preferneces I like firm and he likes soft, she was able to help us find a middle ground and still be comfortable for a well rested night of sleep. Ask for her.
