What terrific customer service!
The staff is very knowledgeable and are willing to help find the perfect bag or accessory.
This is one of the few high-​end fashion merchandise places in the tidewater area and it can be pricey to stop here but it is worth it. They also have a military discount.
They have a generous return policy and regularly have terrific sales. I also appreciate that the staff does their best to establish a relationship with the clientele. If you are a regular, you’ll be able to work with one of their experts to get the bag you want/​need. If you have the chance, ask for Chris. He is by far the best there is!
