Told me it would take 30 minutes to fix a gold necklace. I come back 40 minutes later and it hadn’t been done. The woman called the man, who apparently took a lunch break and then came back to fix the necklace.
The work was good, but I would have appreciated timeliness.

I took two thin gold chains that had broken to this man. He saudered them both back together in 30 minutes and did a great job!

Was I impressed? Enough to stop what I am doing, loiter in a mall massage chair without paying long enough for security to smirk at me, download Unilocal,and leave a 5-​Star Review.
This was the single fastest most efficient service I’ve ever had done (well, maybe not quite… but I digress)! I handed the owner my watch, told him I needed it sized, turned my head for what could not have been more than 30 seconds, and the next thing I know he’s placing my now perfectly fitted watch on my wrist — and I’m standing there looking as confused as a fox in a fur store.
If ever the term BAMF could be appropriately applied to a man who fixes watches, it would be to this cat here — kind of like the Watch Dos Eqis guy… and what not.

I super love this store.
I come here to buy a new battery and strap for my watch and I’m amazed how quick it is. It didn’t even took 5 minutes to change everything.
The customer service is fast and efficient.
They also have engraving services and express soldering.

In a pinch — on vacation and my watch battery died. Needed a change in a hurry. Found this place on Unilocal.As advertised outside of the store it was an «express» service — very fast and efficient. Not sure about the price because this is the first time I’m getting the battery changed in this watch, but I would highly recommend this place. If you are not from the area please note that this store is in the mall.

Places like this are really hard to find nowadays… if it’s something as small as replacing a watch battery or fixing the chain on a necklace, this place is a great choice. The prices are extremely reasonable and if you’re stopping by the mall anyways, drop it off when you get there and pick it up when you leave, its that simple.

After my husband asked Kay Jewelers to fix his broken watch and was told by them that «they would have to rebuild it, and it would cost around $ 175» he figured his watch was a lost cause.
Today I took it over here and the guy looked at it for a couple minutes told me he needed to do two things to it and it was fixed! And for less than half of what Kay was going to charge!

We came here to a get a leather watch wrist band to be replaced. It was done on the spot and cost $ 10. The job was pretty extensive so the price was right.
While we waited plenty of other customers stopped by and it seems that most people have previously dropped off jewelry, watches, and clocks for repair and were returning happy customers.
