Montagna Anthony L III

First of all I would like to say, I don’t like this guy. He is my lawyer, and I am giving him 4 stars, but I do not like him. However, I pay him to be familiar and intelligent about the law and to be an asshole, all of which he does fairly well. If I wanted a friend, I’d join a book club.
I think of myself as an ok writer from time to time, and I recognize well written things and baloney fairly quickly. This man’s lawyer jargon is incredible. You can read deals he is making with someone on paper and think to yourself «Someone is getting screwed here, but I can’t quite tell why.» Well ladies and gentlemen, it could be you, but it just sounds so fair and well written that you can’t dispute it.
The only reason I didn’t give this guy 5 stars is a) I don’t like him, b) he’s an interrupter, and you can tell he’s always thinking of what he’s going to say to you next before you’re done speaking (good for the court room but not for your clients), and 3) his services cross over the threshhold of the high end of average.
Overall, good choice if you want to be confident the job gets done to your liking. So far, I’ve been more than satisfied.
