These folks are great. Friendly service, nice inventory, and clean. We were visiting from out of town and were very impressed. We will be back!

I love a bargain and there are some good deals to be found here. However, the customer service was so poor that I decided to take my business elsewhere and ended up finding my 5 year old some gently used clothes on eBay.
I visited White Rabbit for the first time on a Saturday afternoon. After finding fall clothes for my oldest child and learning all about the personal family issues of one of the employees, who was sharing very loudly with her co-​worker, I went up front to pay. There I was informed that there are no returns. I was puzzled by this and they, in turn, could not seem to understand why I would want to return something. I was thinking something along the lines of «it doesn’t fit» or «kid doesn’t like it.» That didn’t seem far-​fetched to me. But alas, I was out of luck. Apparently paying with cash or check will give you a brief grace period but as I was on my way to the gym, I did not have my full purse contents with me. So they agreed to set the items aside for me until Monday, and they took down my phone number.
Monday came and went and I never heard from them. I had become rather ill over the weekend so I decided not to go there on Monday. i went first thing Tuesday morning. i explained the situation, they spent about five seconds looking for theh clothes, then informed me that they must have been put back. So I looked on the racks and not one thing I had set aside was back hanging on the racks. I brought this to the employees’ attention but they couldn’t be bothered.
So I took my business elsewhere. I was really disappointed in the service here, especially because the women working there were older, grandma-​age, not teenagers.

It’s hit or miss because it’s mostly consignment but they do have a few new items in there — books, toys, and whatnot. But when you do come at the right moment, you can score some great items on the super cheap. I always make sure to stop in at least once a month.
The ladies who work there are very approachable and not pushy at all — which is really nice. It is a small shop packed with stuff for your little one, so don’t bring your them when shopping.

As a grandmother of a 17 month old girl, I was thrilled to find this store. (I am visiting from out of town.) They have a fantastic number of dresses — new and used — and I got two original and darling dresses at great prices. Their inventory is the BEST! Do not miss visiting this store.

Cute store with a great selection of gently used baby clothes. Adorable and unique toys and accessories. I could have spent hours looking at everything. I will be returning soon!

What a cute baby and children’s boutique! I am definitely going to remember this place as I’m buying up shower gifts for my friends. This store sells new and used clothing for babies and kids. The used clothing is in great shape, of the best brands, and a good deal. Like a Gymboree sweater for $ 7. Cant’ beat it. For unique gifts, they have all kinds of books and toys. They also have baby spoon sets that are really cute.
