Second time to a chick-fil-a and this one blew me away. For a fast food restaurant with reasonable prices I was not expecting this! Classy new décor with chandeliers and real flowers on every table. And not just a daisy-bouquets of hydrangeas tastefully arranged. Super clean. Associates everywhere. I ordered #10. It arrived before I even got to my seat. It was excellent. It is kid friendly, with a play place area glasses off from the dining rooms. I was extremely impressed and will look forward to coming here whenever I am in town.

I just don’t get the hype, I suppose. My chicken sandwich was alright, my fries were slightly undercooked but okay. The staff was friendly, but not overly helpful. I don’t know, I found it underwhelming and overpriced.

Both the grilled and crispy chicken sandwiches were great for going through the drive thru. Nice size chicken breasts, sandwiches put together well, friendly service, food recieved quick and correct… its a no brainer…5 stars. Btw, loved the crunchy waffle fries, no grease at all!

First time at Chick– Fil-A since it opened. The drive thru seemed busy so I figured my wait time would be a while, it wasn’t. Got in and ordered and I hadn’t even chosen a table by the time my food was ready. Also had workers ask if I needed a refill and offered to throw my tray away. All in all received excellent customer service. I’ll be back soon.

It was snowing out and the drive thru was packed, however the workers were kind and quick. There were easily 15 cars ahead of me and it took maybe 10 – 15 minutes. All of our food was still hot and yummy. Seems to me like we will be going back again shortly.

Worst experience at a chick fil a ever. Drive thru at 7:39 am on a weekday. Long wait. Six people standing in kitchen while line grows long. Service response very weak. Food finally arrived cold and no napkins in bag. Size of chicken in sandwich was pathetic. Suggest management at this place get it together as they are giving chick fil a a bad name. Normally love chick fil a and sing its praises to everyone. But not today.
