McDonald’s

Nice location with outside play area for kids. Still love the fish sandwiches but bring back the old style crispy apple pies.

This McDonald’s is always busy and full of weird people. Go to a different McD’s. I have had nasty eggs and hairs in my food. Dramatic employees too that seem uncaring to the customer. Dead responses.

It’s 6:30 am, I have 15 people to feed before heading to an early conference and then leaving town. I went here to pick up some breakfast sandwiches, ordered two mcmuffins egg & cheese only, 5 sausage mcmuffins, 8 mcmuffins sub bacon, and 15 hash brown. A little over $ 60. The cashier had trouble ringing the order correctly, but after several attempts we finally got the receipt to reflect the order. Result? Several sandwiches with only bacon, several inexplicably without egg, several with Canadian bacon. I called to complain and was rudely received by a shift manager who told me to wait for the general manager to call. Hours later, after we were already halfway to Chicago, the general manager called and told me we had to bring the food back for a refund. A day later and an area manager called to offer some coupons. All acknowledge the problem but refuse to refund the order. When you spend that much at mcdonalds, and the order is so catastrophically wrong, a refund is the least they should do. I’m supposedly getting a call from the district manager next… How about a little customer service?

It’s a McDonald’s. It’s basically a clean one. I’ve seen way way worse. They have a play area, it’s outside though. That can be good or bad depending on your circumstances. The staff is friendly.
