I am not one to complain usually, but this store deserves what it gets. I have been lied to, oversold, under supported and insulted by this store. They lost my pictures, sold me a non existent Comcast package and jammed me into a package on a galaxy 5 with two months to go until galaxy 6 came out. They straight up lied to my face and acted all upset at my calm protests and complaints. Every person I have spoken to there has sold me something that was not in fact what I was billed for. This has cost me a lot of money and time. Cost them a customer, not that they care one bit. Stay away.

Normal, IL
The worst place to get cell phones. It is a Verizon affiliated store. They will PUSH you on the new Verizon Edge Plan when it will be more expensive for the customer. Phones are more expensive than competitors in town.
