Slowest service of any sprint store; I’ve been several times and never spent less than an hour up to three. It would probably help if they would spend more time helping people than selling them speakers on a payment plan.
They also told me signing up for sprint would only require a soft credit check but it did show on my report and did affect my score. After talking to the financial department I was told i would have to report the hard inquiry as fraud to have it removed and all my accounts would be closed. Can’t wait to have my phone paid off and switch back to AT&T

Had great service with this store. Amber the sales person was very friendly and helpful with my ceel phone needs as i dont know too much about the IPhones. I worried they would be hard to use but she was very helpful and answer all my questions…
