Go there occasionally. Can’t seem to find anyone to help me most of the time. When I bought a runner for my daughter, she did not like the one I picked so I returned it. I was going to exchange it for a different one. Since i had a 50% off coupon, I asked if they can do that on the exchange. The cashier asked the manager. No! Not too great of customer service.

Came in today to buy a simple item. After wondering through the store hoping to find an associate to help — I finally waited in the checkout line to ask for placement of the item. She kindly directed me to the back of the store where I found three «floor» associates having a water cooler conversation. I asked one of them if they could further help me find the item… The one who answered just said «No. We don’t have that.» No further direction to where I could see the selection they *did* have to choose from. After walking away from her — I finally found the section of the store I was looking for. By the way, you *did* have the item I was looking for, but because of your rude associate, I’m taking my business’s elsewhere.

Custom framing department does an awesome job. I’m not sure about the rest of the store but definitely check them out for your framing needs.
