Cookie Cutters

I brought my sons here to get their first real hair cuts. It was a big deal to me and to my sons. I thought they would cut the hair and keep a little snip of it and put it on a certificate (my experience with my friends and their children at other kid’s hair chains). It was nothing like that. We ended up paying for hair cuts that were not done properly with «stylists» that had no concern for the children. I will continue cutting their hair at home instead of paying someone (more money than what I pay for my haircuts) to do a shoddy job. No, thanks.

I brought my 4 yo son here for a haircut when our usual stylist was booked. They have a playground and the chairs are fun. My son loved watching Mickey mouse clubhouse during his haircut. The stylist had no idea what she was doing. she used clippers with a guard when I requested she not. She also cut his hair dry instead of wet. He had lost two inches of hair due to her cluelessness. After i had to continue to correct her, she got her manager. Because of the manager’s actions, i cant give this place 1 star. She apologized and explained they have some new employees. Doesnt dismiss the chunky hair and baldspots on my son. She ultimately evened out and cleaned up my son tellinf me she wants him to be presentable when he leaves. I have always cut my son and husbands hair but hate the mess and the time it takes. I feel that a 15 dollar haircut should look better than what a parent can do on their own. there was another boy that got his haircut using only clippers and there was no blending. There were noticeable lines throughout his hair. I would only come back if I had the mgr doing my sons hair.
