This place was okay for what it was. The sauce was nothing unique. You would think more effort would go into sauces since they are calling themselves a fast food Italian place I did enjoy the garlic bread sticks. Weird… the ones we received with our order were fresh and hot and looked like they could’ve been in a commercial. While the next ones we received were equally as good, they looked more like what you wold receive from Little Caesars(the worst pizza place known to man or poor man’s pizza). Would go again if I had to but not on my places of choice.

I absolutely love love love this place no matter what Fazoli’s we go to even if we have an issue the managers always make sure it’s right the only downfall was the breadsticks although they were fresh were a little hard instead of butteru melty melty fresh still an A-Plus meal my favorite is the baked spaghetti although it’s not listed on the menu anymore you can still ask for it the restaurant was a little cold but I have never been bombarded with do you want another breadstick so many times which is exactly how we like it the fresher the bread stick the better they are

Slow slow slow… My first t me here in a while and wow was the service slow. They brought out my dish and it wasn’t made correctly. They offered to remake it, and I accepted. When they brought out the new one it was still wrong and I had to send it back a second time. We had to ask for another round of breadsticks 3 times before they were brought out. Food was ok in the end but there were at least 6 other parties here tonight verbally complaining about the service. I wonder if the place is under new management or something… One other note, they put a screen up between the kitchen and the breadstick window… What’s the deal with that! Unless something changes I will be avoiding this gazillions in the future

This restaurant has some of the worst staff I have ever seen in a restauarant. Horrible service. Rude employees. Long wait times. Just all around horrible service. The food is good if they ever bring it out.

Today was my first time at this location. I went through the drive thru. Customer service was excellent. I ordered a twice baked lasagna combo, with pepperoni pizza. It also came with two breadsticks and a small drink which i upgraded to a medium size. The wait for the food was not long at all, actually faster than i was expecting. Price was 11.17, which is not cheap, but the amount of food was filling. The drive thru worker had a big smile on her face as she handed me the food, which was nice to see! The pizza lacked sauce, and was a bit too dry for my preference. The breadsticks were fresh. The lasagna was fresh but the taste was just ok, a pretty average tasting lasagna. If i go back i will try something different.

Amazing restaurant. Obviously it isn’t true Italian food but man is it good. I came here for the first time about 4 months ago and have been here a dozen since then. I only get the Chicken Penne because I know it is delicious so I stick with it. You get free breadsticks which are soft and salty. It is a good value and the general manager(Charles) is always very professional, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

I LOVE this place! It’s basically fast food Italian. The interior is clean and has a combination of tables and booths. The drinks(sodas, water, tea) are in the center of the dining room and you get them yourself. Each time I’ve eaten in I got the lunch special(two smaller servings of a choice of pastas(including spaghetti with sauce, lasagna, fettucine alfredo, cheese ravioli), a drink and two breadsticks. You order your food up front and sit down with a number and someone brings your food to you. They also come around a few times with breadsticks, which are all you can eat. I believe this applies no matter what meal you get. The service each time has been exceptional. Everyone is nice and a manager came by my table to ask if I enjoyed everything. The food is pretty simple Italian. A few different things they have are spaghetti, fettucine alfredo, pizza, baked lasagna, chicken parmigano and salads. You have a choice of meat sauce or marinara and can add things like chicken, broccoli and meatballs to any dish. The drive thru is always pretty quick and the food is always hot and fresh. The prices are also good — less than $ 10 per person. If you like Italian food, definitely give this place a shot!

Hit the spot after shopping. I got one of their baked pastas — bowtie pasta with chicken through the drive thru. The additional $.99 for breadsticks still had me paying only a tidge over $ 5. No drink. Four of their yummy garlic breadsticks came in the order which I took home and had me a fancy dinner with a glass of house wine! :-)

Fast and inexpensive pasta. A carb lovers place for sure! And all you can eat garlic/butter bread sticks. Drive through too. Ask for a fresh slice of pizza, if you get a slice.(it is better). Nothing fancy, but good when you want something different than the regular fast food joints. And kids are happy here.

Omg I love bready breads and single slice pizza. The breadsticks make me *****DECEASED****!!! Period! The food is not super high end but it really fills you up and it tastes pretty good. I’ve had the alfredo on occasion and the sauce seems kind of watery and not very cheesy. Kind of more like a flavorless gravy with noodles in it. So I stick to the pizza. It’s really cheap too. Or at least I think so.

The food is great for decent Italian sandwiches and what I like is that I see the same friendly people in here each time. I had a little wait the other day and the manager Margaret went way overboard in such a customer friendly way. I really like this place.

Excellent food. Excellent prices. And Excellent service! My first time at a Fazoli’s was at the location in Normal Illinois the other night(while I was traveling) and the food was awesome. It was also very reasonably priced. Breadsticks, pasta and salad were all better than I could have imagined. Not to lay it on too thick but… the staff was actually extremely nice. Midwestern values is my guess.

You don’t go here because it’s Italian. It’s not. But its quick, a great burger alternative and did I mention the breadsticks? Garlicky, buttery, fattening goodness. Tends to be overrun with families with kids, which is cool for you parents out there. Definitely a kid friendly establishment… I’m just warning the genetic dead ends out there that it can get a little annoying so put your patience hat on first. The Barq’s Rootbeer never tastes right out of the fountain drink machine so I’d pass over that. But we go here often enough that I can’t slam it too much. I like pasta with cheese and I can get a quick fix here without going broke or losing a bunch of time. The baked pastas are my fav.
