Jimmy John’s

Best customer service and our orders are always correct! Employees are so nice. I forgot to order our 2 sandwiches on wheat and they fixed it and were so nice about it. Great place to eat, love their veggie sandwich!

I realize this is a review for a Jimmy Johns in a college town and I hope that no one takes it too seriously. First, let me just preface by saying that Ricky the delivery man is a TOP NOTCH employee and possibly the best delivery person this side of the Mississippi. I have only ordered delivery from this location twice, but so far 2 for 2, they can’t get an order right. The first time I ordered a veggie sandwich with extra sprouts, and the sad-​wich came with maybe five individual sprouts on it. Like, someone was insulted I asked for extra sprouts and spitefully scattered the least amount of sprouts possible. Disappointing, but not a dealbreaker. The second time I ordered a #15, which is a tuna club sub that costs a dollar more because it comes with provolone cheese. The Sandwich arrived and I took a couple bites before realizing that there was no cheese… DEALBREAKER! The cheese was the whole point of that particular sandwich selection. I called the store and explained to mister sammich boss man «hey dude! no cheese!» and he tried to tell me that you have to ASK for cheese… which is complete b.s. because a) the cheese in listed in the description of the sammich, and b) I order that sub at work from time to time and there is always cheese. I told him all that and said «oh, ok I’ll tell him.» (tell who? tell who what? tell who when?) To which I replied «Um? Do you want me to drive this sammich back over there… or…what?» His response was an audible sigh and «so you want another sandwich?» YES I WANT THE DANG SANDWICH I ORDERED! I’M A WHITE LADY FROM THE MIDWEST! DON’T MESS WITH MY CHEESE BOY! He asked me to give the driver back the original wrongness sandwich… because that’s wonderful customer service… so I neatly wrapped it back up and waited for Ricky to come back. Poor guy, I felt bad because my original tip was online and with my card, I had no cash or I would have re-​tipped him. Because Rick is an exemplary delivery guy. Everyone tip Rick like 40% okay?!

I love Jimmy Johns. I think it’s better than subway. I wish they took flex for students.

Can’t get a delivery less than a mile and a half away when you’re open for 2 more hours just because I live in Bloomington? If there are no Bloomington locations how can you do that? Horrible way to run a business

This review is solely on the delivery time. 40 minutes is not ‘freaky fast’. I could have walked there, ate, and walked back to work in the time it took for them to deliver. Either get more delivery people during the lunch hour or let people know of the wait. If you are on a set lunch time like me, go somewhere else if you also want to be able to eat your food before going back to work.

When you were born in the same town as the original Jimmy John’s you get an irrational love of this place. I could eat this every day and be happy. Seriously.

Better than subway, don’t mind paying an extra 1.50 to 2.00

Yay for drive-​thru! And freaky fast delivery.

This is a Jimmy John’s restaurant that is super quick like all other Jimmy John’s restaurants. They are fast (freaky fast) and they also don’t appear too busy. They offer a great variety of sandwiches (I always recommend the Country Club on Wheat!)

First time my «unwich» didn’t fall apart.
Sad, no sprouts and no notice until I was eating my sandwich that I had no sprouts.
What is a veggie sandwich? cucumbers tomato and lettuce… pretty silly.

Another family favorite. The bread is amazing, the sandwiches are made really quickly and so fresh. Great variety and speciality combinations to offer. Always busy at lunch!

I have had pretty decent luck at this Jimmy John’s location. The service speed in the drive thru is decent. The food is as ordered, all of the time. They only carry sweet and low– no splenda/equal…that is really the only downside. I will say that sometimes there are too few sprouts and other times, too many.

Fantastic sammich shop. Pricey, but worth it. They live up to their claim of so fast, you’ll freak. Plus they deliver. The gargantuan is well worth it.
