They don’t accept Amex, they were friendly enough but I anyone who doesn’t take all credit cards is doing a disservice to people with no other option.

Super fast service. They scan your license plate when you pull into the parking lot and pull your clothes before you walk in the door.
They also text you when the clothes are ready to pickup. Very awesome staff.
Open earlier and closes later than any other dry cleaners in Blo-​No. Even open on Sundays for pickup and drop offs.
Best cleaner in town, and I have tried quite a few over the years.

BEST DRY CLEANING IN TOWN! They have very friendly and quick service. Today I used there drive thru pick up. They greeted me by name and had my dry cleaning ready immediately.

This is the first and only dry cleaning I’ll go to in Bloomington-​Normal. Great customer service and my clothes are usually ready the next day. Prices are a little high, which is why I gave them a 4 instead of a 5. But the price is definitely worth it.
I’ve gotten suits, dress clothes, delicate dresses done here and each time they do a wonderful job. If you’re a new customer you get mailed a $ 10 gift certificate and a free Starcrest tote. Now I bring my clothes in with the tote every time.
Also have a drive through option and text you when your clothes are ready. Great place, definitely recommend.

So I might be biased, since this is the only cleaner I’ve been to in town, but man have they got me hooked with just one visit. Brought in a a two piece suit and shirt as well as a comforter. They got the suit done in a day, comforter in two, texting me when each piece was ready.
At this point, I was impressed with the speediness, decent prices and customer service. Then they sent me a letter. It was a quick review of the business, with hours, letting me know they have a drive through option and the timing of items, in addition there was a gift certificate (coupon really) for $ 10 off the next visit and a voucher for a free tote. Well I’ll be. What follow up, Starcrest. I will be back with any further dry cleaning needs.

Love it here. Sends you an email/​text when your clothes are ready. Mine have always been ready in about 18 hours … Friendly and reasonable.
