Food is wonderful, however, every time I have been the service has been disappointing. It’s almost not worth it.

Honestly, Coolgreens was a GREAT find. I work with my direct sales team round the clock, so healthy eating is a challenge when places like Wendy’s or KFC are so quick and accessible. I ate here TWICE, once for lunch and then again for dinner. Everything was so fresh and delicious — AND healthy! I can only speak for the wraps of course, but I’ll be back to try more things.

I’d rate a four, but your silverware is always DIRTY! That your silverware has soup or polisher doesn’t mean that is clean. Polisher and soup can cause serious damage to different body tissues. Rinse your silverware and sanitize it. Those are regular procedures that any restaurant must have. I might call the sanity department to check the business, because if you are so careless about something so basic and crucial for your clients’ health; I wonder how is the work back in the kitchen.

Cool greens is a good spot for a healthy alternative and I will continue to return. The prices are on par with a panera bread or la baguette, so it’s reasonable for the type of establishment. The salads, wraps and flatbreads are all delicious and I can’t say enough good things about the chocolate chunk cookie which is made with banana instead of butter, much lighter option and delicious. I also had a good smoothie at one point but was surprised there were no protein add-ins for the smoothies. The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars… The soups have been utterly disappointing. I tried the butternut squash and white chicken chili… Both I took a few bites and couldn’t continue eating, which is highly unusual for me. Flavors aren’t just lacking, they’re pretty bad. I would strongly urge the owners to look into some alternative recipes. There are healthy soups that have excellent flavor and consistency… Those two are not there at all. The curry couscous was also dry and had poorly balanced flavors. So, I’ll stay away from the soups and couscous in the future, but I’ll go back for the other stuff!

Good food & fairly fast service. I like that I can get any of the salads as a customized wrap. We’ve eaten lunch here at least half a dozen or more times and taken it to go another five or so many times. The cost is approx $ 15/person for a salad w/meat & a drink. The tea is just eh, not worth taking with me when leaving or getting with to go orders. The biggest disappointment, however, is that the lunch staff is snobby.

This used to be one of my favorites up until a year or so ago. The service has declined quickly and they seem like they are lost most of the time. The past two times I have placed a to go order I have gotten home only to realize that they did not give me any salad dressing. It’s primarily a salad restaurant and they can’t remember dressing?! Another time they forgot to add chicken to my salad. That is 3 mistakes out of my last 4 visits. I hate that this has happen, because the food is good, but I visit less often now.

Absolutely love this place! Variety of healthy food that is the perfect amount for when you’re medium hungry. I usually order the make your own salad or wrap. This comes with a side of small cold noodle salad. The ingredients are fresh and the servers are polite and friendly. They even have yummy smoothies and frozen yogurt! I come here all the time because the atmosphere is relaxing – a cross between a spa and a health store. And the food is great. Honestly, I’d live here if I could: P

A healthy eating option within the Brookhaven village shopping plaza. The venue is set up like Chipotle, in that you have to pick and choose your items a la carte while the Coolgreens employee prepares your food the way that you want it. You can even build your own wrap, salad or soup, and given the remarkable number of combinations that are offered, this alone may take a few minutes to do. With healthy eating comes higher prices. For a wrap with protein options of chicken, steak or other options(I chose chicken this time) with a side order, drink, and cookie(optional), the total bill for lunch came to $ 17. Yikes! You certainly pay a premium to eat here, yet I found it to be worth it due to not feeling bloated or under-nourished after I had left. Be advised that if this is your first time eating here, the add-on toppings can certainly increase the price of your purchase. For example, avocado is $ 1.75 per serving, and chicken/steak is $ 4, I think. There is plenty of seating both inside and on the outside patio. It seems that there are more patrons that seat themselves on the patio than inside, even if 90+ degrees. All & all, not a bad place to stop at for a healthy lunch.

Wow — you weren’t lying about the nit picking on prices! Um, 75cents to add a sprinkling of chips to the top of my salad? Not worth it. Salad was a normal good salad. Maybe if it was all organic I could see paying $ 13 for this.(I got some salmon on mine for an extra $ 5). Would be nice if they had some sort of a U pick 2 option like Panera. I like having both salad & ½ sandwich for lunch.

This place is a joke. So weird and corporate feeling. Maybe Oklahoma people think this is «healthy» but it’s just shitty simple canned food pretending to be fresh and cool and healthy. There is pretty much only coke products or bad tea to drink. Also very over priced. Trying to look at the menu took forever because THREE separate employees came over to ask if we had questions or needed help. It’s pretty straight forward. I’m having a hard time finding something because you keep getting in my personal space to explain a simple menu. I almost left when some bro dude was telling us what«the ladies» usually like. Example: the skinny — of course. Trying to eat we were interrupted over and over. It seems like that’s the goal of the place, encouraging employees to be overly friendly and harassing the customers. Does anyone actually like that much attention?! Uh.

My favorite salad place in the world. So much variety, such fresh ingredients, delicious & low calorie dressings, huge portions. There are only two down sides: it’s a little pricy and the service is bad. The price is well worth it if you are looking for a tasty & filling salad, but some of the workers have attitudes and they are very disorganized behind the assembly line.

This has been my favorite place to eat since all locations opened, however, today all Coolgreens have increased their prices. I think if the prices were listed on the menu, I would probably not have been so shocked. 4 oz of added Steak to wrap or salad~ $ 7.50, Cup of soup~ up from $ 3 – 4.00, chicken~ from $ 3-$ 4 now. Avocado now an additional $ 1.75. It seems like the owners are trying to slide a few changes by their loyal customers. Sad! May have to start eating other places.

I’m usually pro-coolgreens but the Norman location is nowhere up to par like the other locations. Do not go on a Sunday evening, I repeat do not go on a Sunday evening. They are always out of everything. Twice now they have been out of spinach. You are a salad place, how do you run out of spinach? Also more times than not a majority of the tables are still waiting to be bussed. Ew, it just makes the restaurant look dirty. This was the case last time I went in so we resorted to sitting outside. am usually never mean in my reviews but I feel pretty strong about this one. I’ll still come because I can’t resist there salads for a healthy option, but I’m looking forward to living in OKC after graduation so I don’t have to visit this location anymore. The OKC ones know whats up, but Norman needs to step it up!

I keep meaning to take a photo of my food before I eat, but this place is so good, I keep eating and remembering after my food is gone. I’ve been here twice(two days in a row) and had their«plaza skinny» salad and the«caprese» salad and both are excellent. The greens are really fresh and they give you a good amount of food. It’s such a great alternative to the other fast food joints around. The staff is also really sweet and helpful-my first time here the manager(Erica?) explained the menu items and have her recommendations too. Plus they have one of those soda machines that has EVERY option lol I’ll definitely become a regular here.

Vegetarian restaurants might be rare around Norman, but the ones that are there are really good. And coolgreens is certainly one of the best! Ingredients are fresh and there are a lot of healthy options. They even have a few non vegetarian options! I had the caprese salad and it was delicious. Staff is very nice and helpful, they explained the entire process /menu because it was the first time for me to be there. A lot of inside and outside space to sit down and enjoy your meal!

Really loved the food here. Ordered the southwest harvest wrap with tofu. It had pear, pumpkin seeds, figs, goat cheese, mixed greens, and a delicious balsamic vinaigrette that was classic, yet unforgettable. The couscous with golden raisins and slivered almonds were a nice compliment to the wrap. Counter service was fast and friendly. Had an unsweetened iced green and jasmine tea that was super tasty also! Wish we had a Coolgreens near us :)

Good lunch spot in Brookhaven village if you are looking for a lighter or healthier meal. I ate at Coolgreens on a Thursday afternoon around 12:15. The line was about 10 people long when I arrived, but they get through it pretty quick. As others note, it’s basically an assembly line for salad. They’ve got menu options, or you can build your own salad, flatbread, or wrap. I went with the Tuscan chicken sandwich served with some blue corn tortilla chips and salsa. Be advised the sandwich takes MUCH longer than the salad to make. I was anticipating it would take longer, but it took well over 10 minutes, almost 15. The person in front of me in line had sat down and finished eating by the time I got my sandwich. I don’t know if the kitchen was backed up or if this is standard procedure, but if you are looking for a quicker lunch I would stay away from the sandwich. That being said, it was a good sandwich. The chicken breast is marinated, and you can detect a hint of basil while you are eating. The feta, sundried tomatoes, roasted apple, and arugula are all good. My complaints were that the sandwich was too dry in spots and the shear number of ingredients caused it to fall apart. I was unable to finish without a fork. I would order it again, but maybe ask for some dressing of some kind on the side. The salsa is serviceable, I’ve had better, but I’ve certainly had worse. You don’t get a ton, so if you like to pile it on your chips I’d order another side. The dining room is deceptively large, there is plenty of seating both indoors and out. Additionally, it was clean and well maintained. I’ll definitely return, likely to try a salad or flatbread next time.

Good mostly heart healthy menu, one of the few places I can take my spouse without worrying. Food is always fresh and excellent. Salad choices are vast. You can choose topping such as goat cheese, kalamata olives, pumpkin seeds all on a bed of fresh mesclun. Doesn’t get any better.

Cool greens has the best salads and are so inexpensive. Always fresh, creative flavors and combinations and large portions. Their ice is also really good! 10% off with a keep it local card!

Was very happy with my salad and the service, but I think the price is a little steep. The major issue during my 11am visit — they had no chicken. My friend ordered a chicken wrap and they managed to scrounge up enough to make her wrap, but there was none for my salad so I settled on shrimp. No shrimp. Then someone came from the back and said they would try to find some, but that it would be a minute. It took a little over 5 minutes after I was seated and they brought out my salad. I paid $ 4 for 4 medium sized shrimp. Seemed like there may have been an issue with the person who was scheduled to open that day. Start of the lunch rush and you don’t have two of your protein choices available?
