What’s the point of driver thru if they always get your order wrong anyways. I never once got the correct order. My fries are missing, wrong drink man, oh I do remember say no onion. You repeated my order back to me correct. Get my order correct. Just a bunch of ex cons and druggies working

I used to be in love with this place. My boyfriend and I would always go through the drive thru and love ordering breakfast for dinner! The cooks were always pleasant, the employees were friendly, overall just wonderful in general. Unfortunately, it’s been about 5 months later and they’ve hired new employees. When we order our food, the employee over the speaker is absolutely horrible at speaking English. She literally fades in and out of speaking Spanish (I know this because my boyfriend is Mexican), when I get up to the window, they handed me the wrong order. When I confronted them, THEY were upset with ME. Now, I’m completely against the whole «The customer is always right!», but when I’m standing there with a receipt and you’re pretty much refusing to acknowledge what’s in my hand, you’ve lost my service completely. I used to love eating here and I still adore the grande breakfast burritos, but ever since new employees joined the work force, Jack in the Box has really gone downhill. Not only these «small» problems, but also the fact that they’ve forgotten our drinks, sloppily made our food while grease is oozing out the bag all over my car, but the fact that they just seem upset every time anyone orders from them. Why do you work there if you’re always miserable? I’d love to know.

This place is so much better now that my ex-girlfriend’s mother no longer works there. Best place to go for a late night snack.
I pulled into the drive-​thru at 11:30 pm and it was busy. 5 minutes later I was leaving with my six tacos and curly fries. Tacos are so good and make sure you get some hot taco sauce. They are very generous and that stuff is good on everything.
The guy working the drive-​thru was the friendliest I have ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and visit him late at night and get your own late night snack or meal. You will be glad you did!

Got the munchies? just regular old hungry? Jack in the box has food and it’s like fast food but tastes a little better. and it’s always open! What more could you ask for? Fish n chips, $.50 tacos, and jalepeno burgers under the same roof? Yes. Please.
