Wouldn’t take my iPad or phone anywhere else. Broke my iPad screen and they were able to replace it quicker and less expensive than any other place in town. I would recommend them every time.

Spent 90 dollars to get a new charger port, the port lasted for less than 2 months. When trying to get the product replaced they refused to do anything because it’s under a 30 day warranty. I felt that was ridiculous. Even if that is the manufacture warranty, you should stand by the products you fix with and at least have a 90 day store warranty. I lost 90 dollars for a phone that had the exact same problem less than two months later with no acknowledgment of wrong doing. I won’t be back nor will I suggest this place.

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service and even worse parts. One employee was very disrespectful and not professional. The screen that cost $ 130 (same price as going to Apple) was terrible quality and broke in a few days by simply setting it down.

I ordered a replacement screen online and tried to replace my screen myself. I got my broken screen off and got stuck during the repair. The screws are so tiny and one of them got stuck in the wrong place. I took my phone to Phone Fix in 3 pieces with a bag of parts and screws. They fixed my phone in 45 minutes and were very reasonable. My husband’s phone is broken so his will be going there next. Highly recommend this place!

Quick, and easy! Need your glass repaired? This is the place! Came up from Ardmore bc we don’t have a place like this for a new glass for my iphone 5 and it was done in 40 mins, looks like new, and only $ 125, that totally better than $ 500 for a new one! Needed a new screen for my iPhone… Phone Fix was able to rescue me! It was ready in the timeframe given – about 20 minutes. Just enough time to grab a cup of coffee. I know they won’t always be able to fix something that quickly, depending on the issue, but I lucked out! The staff was so helpful – I got a cover as a gift too!
