Horrible service at the Norman location. However, the restaurant burned down months ago. No longer there.

Hands down the best burger I’ve had to date. I travel the country for work & this place is worth the stop if you’re in Oklahoma. Our server knew his product, top to bottom & recommended wisely. The chili lime coleslaw on my burger was excellent! My only regret is that I fly out tomorrow and can’t work another meal in here!

I know this place took awhile to get their service in order, but now it’s fine(at least the last several times I’ve gone). I love getting two sliders and fries. They’ve changed the slider buns to be mini ciabatta buns, and I like those way better than the normal ones. I’ve tried several different types, and all are good. Slider-sized veggie burgers are good. I love the fries cause they’re beer-battered. Wednesday night deal is good… slider, fries, and drink for $ 7.

I love how easy it is to park at S&B and the fact that there are TVs to watch the game. We came in for an early Sunday dinner and we were seated right away. The atmosphere is really relaxed and the music is good. There’s a great bar with a wide selection of beers and mixed drinks. We ordered the chili fries and I wasn’t very impressed. The chili tasted more like spaghetti sauce to me. They were pretty soggy too. I did love the burger I ordered — the«porker» with bacon cheese pickles and onions and my date loved his burger too. Watch out though, the burgers are huge and messy! If I could do three and a half stars I would, but I’ll give this place a 4 star rating for good atmosphere, burgers and drinks.

Had dinner at S&B on a Friday night and liked it so much, I went back the very next day for dinner. It wasn’t crowded either night, but it was brisk both times we were there. S&B has a good beer list. It’s got the usual suspects, some nice local selections, and some interesting national choices. The menu isn’t huge, but it has a lot of burger, taco, side, and appetizer choices. I love that you can get the burgers in either full size or a slider version. I’ve seen this at a few places and love the option. I didn’t get an appetizer on my first visit, but on the second visit, we tried the el Mexicano smothered French fries. These are fries topped with grilled chicken, jalapenos, cheddar cheese, avocado cream, sour cream, and salsa. I didn’t care for these. The avocado cream ended up being like a weak tasting guacamole. There wasn’t enough jalapenos either, so the dish hardly had any heat, which we were expecting. These didn’t land for me. Both nights, I had a few sliders. The first night I had three, but the second night I only ordered two. They are large, so be warned if you get three. I have had(in my order of preference): the Fire(which I ordered both nights), the Theta, the Black & Bleu, and the Bleu. The Fire is covered in fried onions, which are fantastic, plus roasted green chiles and a spicy ranch. There is definitely some heat to this burger, I loved it. Also, S&B will cook your burger to your ordered temperature. Most places ask you how you’d like your burger cooked, then cook it medium well anyway. Not S&B. The Theta is primarily a traditional theta burger(mayo, cheese, pickles, hickory sauce), but in the place of the hickory sauce, they have a smoked pecan sauce. Loved this stuff, a little sweet and you definitely get the smoke. The Black & Bleu is another good option, but it wasn’t as blackened as I prefer. The veggies are crisp and the bacon was good. The Bleu is a bacon wrapped burger stuffed with bleu cheese. There was not much bleu cheese in my burger, which is why it’s my least favorite of the 4 I have tried. This is an issue I have found with juicy lucys(stuffed burgers), and it’s unfortunate, because I think it would be a good burger if the cheese was evenly distributed. Over the two nights, I tried the fried spicy cheese(which was my favorite), the half and half(potato fries and sweet potato fries), and fried green beans. All were good, but the cheese was easily my favorite. I can see S&B becoming one of my go to burger joints in Norman. I’ll eventually work my way through the menu, haven’t even tried the tacos yet…

We haven’t tried the place since Coaches closed. There was only 2 other people dining when we went in. My husband ordered the Texan burger, medium rare with fries and a beer. I would have ordered the turkey burger but the server wasn’t courteous nor interested enough to ask if I could get a non-spicy burger. I had nothing and he continued to ignore us. My husband said his burger w as medium well, dry and not all that, considering this is supposed to be what they are known for . Never checked back to see if we wanted anything else, just slapped the bill on the table. No, we won’t ever be back.

Burger was great, but undercooked based on what I asked for. It has a great selection of different burgers — I got the Smokin’ Okie(yum!), but want to go back and try some more! Service was very good and waiter was attentive without being overbearing.

I am a fan of the overall S&B thing, even with the one awful experience at the downtown location. This S&B is not exception really good burger and fries. Good service and plenty of TV to catch the game. I ordered the Frenchman burger which is one of my S&B favorites. Although I think I have had almost every burger on the menu and really have only disliked one or two. Those were just not my style or taste. One of those is the wasabi, yep not a fan of wasabi. If you like wasabi you would probably love it. We also had two orders of fries. One sweet potato and one loaded mexicano. Both were tasty. Though I think I am kind of getting over the loaded fries. This place has some of the better sweet potato fries around. I will have no problem stopping in for a burger here. Oh and 5 dollar burger Mondays!!! That is when we stopped in this time.

S&B is my favorite place of the burger trend in the OKC metro. They do creative and tasty options for both burgers & fries(along with tacos and salads, but I haven’t ventured out from the burgers). I love the option of sliders or full size burgers especially. I can order my el Mexicano smothered fries and my Smokin Okie burger without leaving food on the table or stuffing myself(too much). They also do a fantastic happy hour for sliders and fries, which is always appreciated. The bloody mary options are top-notch. My only disappointment is that they use Sara Lee buns. If they could make their own bread, they would be out of this world.

Snuggled between posters of The Ramones, Misfits, and The Clash I gobbled down the Hot Lips Houlihan burger with Korean sauce and Kimchee. My new favorite burger joint. Something for everyone. My only real criticism is that the mixed drinks are criminally overpriced. 10 $ for a bloody mary? In Oklahoma? The specials are very good and a bargain. Amazing ability to customize your burger: Veggie, sliders, turkey, buffalo, regular… All of the sides are very good, but the cheese cubes are a little uneven in the price/quantity ratio. The back patio is nice, but the chairs are a little hard to get in and out of. There is also a nice Northern Irishman tending bar who good-naturedly and politely sits through people Irish jokes. Including mine.

Glad they opened this place up in Norman. Best burgers in town. Best loaded french fries as well. This is one of the bigger locations, same décor as the others. Nice patio seating. Also, quick tip ask about the TRAINBEERS!!! The fire is the best. I’ve tried all the burger and that’s my go to. I have recently learned you can do a chicken breast instead of a meat patty. I’m all about that!!! The el mexicano fries and bombdotcom

Love these guys. Consistently great burgers and fries. Tonight it was the Fire Burger. A beef patty with Swiss cheese, roasted chilies, fried onions and a ranch type sauce that was really good. My only complaint was it was a good burger and was only missing some seasoning to take it into orbit. Still a fantastic burger tho.

Ok burger place. Burgers are much better at the Service Station in my opinion.

Service was fine. Food was fine(bun got really soggy). I know they are new, but they are just not as good as the other two locations I have eaten at.

I know everyone loves S&B Burgers, so I might be willing to give it another chance. I was just really disappointed with my first/only visit there. I had to wait 15 minutes to even be acknowledged by any waiter after being seated. At one point someone realized we had been there for a long time without even getting to order our drinks, so he said«Oh sorry» and walked away before we could even ask for water. A different waiter finally took our order about 5 minutes later. Once we finally got our food it was quite good, but not totally magical.

Guys, if you eat here, you will not regret it. Great location and wonderful menu. My husband and i have been to the one in OKC several times(and we are so thrilled there is a Norman location now!) and had several things on their menu. Thunder and PB fries are surprisingly delicious. The Columbian, The Okie, The New Bleu… all good. We take people here that visit us from out of town because 1) it is delicious, 2) very reasonably priced, 3) their beer/soda/bloody mary menus are extensive 4) there is something for everyone on the menu. Good for groups, just get there before lunch/dinner rushes because the place fills up fast!

Excellent burgers… get to sliders instead of a burger so you can try them all out.

So thrilled that this finally opened. S and B used to be my treat when I would go to OKC for work, now it’s close. I haven’t had a burger that I didn’t love. Getting the New Blue and Columbian sliders is like looking into the face and God and hearing him say«you are my finest creation»…and knowing that God is talking about the burgers and not you. Mix those with the PB Fries and you are on your way to a delicious, mind-blowing coronary. Also, cheap beers every time that the train goes by.

S&B Burger Joint takes over the old Coaches in Norman, thank goodness! I have only tried a couple of different burgers from S&B in OKC, but my favorite so far is «The Fire» with roasted green chiles and spicy ranch. It is truly a great burger. Having an S&B in Norman now is going to be awesome, Main Street needs more restaurants like this.
