A bit scattered compared to other Starbucks. But I only get regular coffee. They don’t label the bold coffee and can’t figure out what the beans are. Only have half and half out. Don’t have any cinnamon shakers. Flies love the place. 4 leather chairs, though.

I’m a Starbucks fan. I go at least 3xs/week to the one my my home(not this Starbucks). Oh my. Went through the drive through the drive thru and they messed up an Americano, the most simple drink to make… and I waited over 10 minutes… and they put whip on it?! At 8pm. Pass on by this location friends.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve visited. There was trash all around the outside of the store, standing water inside where someone could slip, the A/C was barely on, they were out of grill cheese sandwiches, and to top it off, the staff was rude to handicap patron. I won’t be going back to this location.

They are more worried about getting drinks out than getting drinks right. I have gotten so many wrong drinks from them. Their cleanliness is also not up to par.

I’ve gotten drinks here a few times now. The first time my frap wasn’t blended very well. This last visit my sweet tea was weak and tasted old. The service is great though, and I have never found it to be terribly overcrowded.

In the mid 2000’s, when Starbucks was on the verge of occupying every single corner on every single intersection in Manhattan, they finally decided to open a store in Norman. This helps keep things in perspective, they don’t care about us. I’m glad there’s corporate coffee in Norman, but if I’m going to patronize your company, I’m not going to accept anything less than the best you have to offer, and the Starbucks on Main street is by far the best Starbucks in Norman, and everything a coffee shop should be. The baristas are cool and friendly. They serve food, and are never out of the breakfast sandwich I like to eat(which is my problem more often than not at the Boyd street store), and I never have to listen to the emo conversation between employees while they pay what’s left of their attention to making my drink(which is what I inevitably put up with at the Robinson street store), and(unlike the Target store) they honor the Starbucks Rewards card. There could be more seating inside, what they do have is fine, sturdy and inviting(and probably occupied). There’s also a patio, which is nice, but surrounded by running vehicles from the drive-thru, the parking lot, and Main street. All in all, not much wrong with going here, as long as you’re okay with pouring a steady stream of your hard earned money directly out of our great state.

Crowded – it’s right across from the high school – and there’s a constant stream of traffic coming in during the pre-work must-caffeinate-NOW rush. But the staff rolls with the chaos and slings out orders promptly. I’m there everyday because I’m addicted to the hot breakfast sandwiches. ~$ 3.50 each is perhaps a tad more than you’d pay at McD’s for something similar, but they are so much tastier. Add a bit of hot sauce(not carried at Starbucks, sadly) and they’re phenomenal.

The service during the morning rush as well as a casual late morning was terrific. The staff acknowledged me when they were with other customers and then promptly took my order and produced my beverage. This is always a good sign and for that, I will be back. But… I saw a sign that said only 70 percent of customers at this store are happy with their experience. I think I know why. The chairs in the front sitting area are filthy, the floor is littered with bits of trash and the cream/sugar stand looked untidy. This was the case both times I came in. They need to clean those chairs or put the nice clean ones from the back of the store up front while they send the chairs out to be cleaned. The manager needs to send staff out periodically to tidy up the front. The front patio seating area is alright but it needs tables without slivers and perhaps an umbrella or two and some plants. Come on guys and gals of Starbucks, you need to ratchet it up a notch and take better care of your store if you want return customers.
