First of all, I have been here several times before. They have a nice selection of fan apparel and items. The young ladies working the counter are very friendly and nice; the older women… not so much. They come off as too callous. What I really want to review is their embroidery service. Last year, I brought in a handful of items to be embroidered with Greek letters and received them back in 2 weeks or less. I was very pleased with what they did. Flash forward to NOW. I brought in ONE ITEM, specified everything that I wanted done, and waited… and waited… and waited. I did not receive my item back until more than THREE WEEKS LATER. I was never notified with a phone call on the progress of the work, and had to take the time to personally come in to ask. The completion date kept getting pushed further back each time I went and I was told one particular day that the women in charge of embroidering could not work on my item at all because of some personal issues – by this time it seemed to me like work hadn’t even been started. Very unprofessional, if you ask me. I was not satisfied at all with how business was conducted nor the untimely manner that they treated my order with – as a result, I will not be coming back and if you’re thinking about doing any greek embroidering (or embroidering in general) suggest you look into a different place.

Service above and beyond.

I called this store before I went to see if the had OU shirts in my size. The girl working took the time to look while we were still on the phone. She described a couple shirts for me and I determined it was worth it to drive to Norman. When I arrived she had pulled many other shirts for me. I appreciated that customer service.

I had the opportunity to visit this shop back in June. They have a great selection of OU apparel and gear, and the staff was a huge help to me when it came to selecting the perfect souvenir to take home to my softball fan daughter. The neighborhood they’re in is like a step back in time… if you’re in the area, check them out!
