Papa John’s Pizza

This Papa Johns is not good. It takes way too long to get your delivery usually over an hour. I have tried them three times and everytime my order is wrong and they forget the sauce

Just got delivery for the early morning Seahawks game. Used the app to order so I thought it was kinda weird that my fiancé came looking for his wallet after he had answered the door. When I asked him about it he said he needed to grab a little cash, for an extra tip. After settling up with the guy he came in and explained to me that the guy explained the soda we had ordered (root beer) was out at their shop. Instead of just subbing for cola or Sprite the driver stopped at a store and picked up A&W root beer for us (even better than the Mug that we were expecting). Oh and he still got there under the estimated time! Thank you! We are always pleased with the service and food we get from this place, but today they really went above and beyond!

New to the area. I’ve ordered Papa John’s from other locations and have had a better experience. No reason it should take 1:15 minutes on a non-​football weeknight and arrive cold. After our third order and mediocre quality and delivery speed, we’ve moved on.

Called and placed an order for a small boneless wings order and they said 10 – 15 min. I got there 15 min. after I ordered and they told me they just put them in the oven and it would be another 10 – 15 minute wait. I didn’t have the time to wait and had to cancel the order. Bad customer service and employees are clueless

Their pizza is very delish. U can even have it sent to you right away or you can pick a time or date. its really great. Thank you Papa John’s.

I don’t frequent chains too often but when I do it’s for Papa John’s the day after a Seahawks win since it’s 50% off online with PROMO CODE: HAWKSWIN Cheap eats. It’s good to live in Washington. You have to place your order online and can choose delivery or pick up. I tend to pick up. Easy in and out since this location has plenty of parking.

I ordered a pizza, 8 piece wing and a 2 liter drink, 2 extra sauces. I got a pizza, 6 wings, no drink and no sauces. REALLY, PAPA JOHNS?!

Good service. Ordered here lots of times. One of the times I’ve had delivery, they gave me the wrong pizza, I called them they said they would send a new one no charge. They came back quickly with a XL size pizza and with the pizza in a Seahawks box. Way to go papa johns! A+ for your outstanding customer satisfaction!

Great pizza for delivery! Usually delivered in 40 minutes unless they are really busy. I order on my Papa Johns app. Works great! Friendly drivers– tip them :)

waited for over an hour and a half to find out our order was cancelled… this happened right after we called to check on our order to find out it was never made, so they said «it’s was going out when the driver gets back». if you order with them, make a plan b. We are going to take our appetites and our business elsewhere.

I posted a previous review and t still like Papa Johns for takeout pizza. I will tell you that to be happy with the take out service you should order online, check that order carefully before submitting (it goes right in with NO lag time!) and give them some time to complete the order.

I went there last night for their advertised $ 5 special. They advertised that the large cheese or pepperoni pizza will be ready and waiting when you get there. They even had a sandwich board in front saying to just come in and these 2 pizzas would be ready with no waiting. I went in and I heard them telling the person in front of me it would be 30 minutes and he left. I asked for the large pepperoni and they said it would be 30 minutes so I left also. I can’t imagine going back.

Honestly I have never been a fan of papa johns pizza and this really seals the deal with me. My sons school has been having pizza nights here for quite a while. So the deal is the school promotes P.J. and they give them a portion of the profits from the night decided upon.
Well for this entire school year we have been promoting them and they have not returned their calls or given the school any of the funds agreed on.
Shame on you Papa Johns! This is for children and to a school who really goes out of its way to help raise money so they can have the things they need, to provide a fantastic learning environment for our children.
I will never again frequent this place and hope anyone who reads this chooses to do the same.

Well I have never had so many issues with a standard pizza place! The last time I tried them, their oven wasn’t working. For a couple days… Then this last time, I looked online for their specials– I found one, so I called to order, and they didn’t have it! So I just settled for a normal pizza, and then they proceed to tell me that their deliveries are running late by an HOUR!!! I’m VERY disappointed and pretty frustrated.

Our go-​to for pizza delivery! The drivers are always friendly and prompt, the pizza is always good, we’ve never had a single error on an order, and there are frequent specials/​coupons. Oh, and online ordering is a breeze. An all-​around great value, and always a great experience.
As a plus, it turns out that their crust is vegan, so by holding the cheese, you can have a vegan pizza. Very handy for our annual fantasy football draft day, as we’ve got two vegans in our league!
