Generally an ok experience here, but my to-​go soup from today was less than half full (I posted a picture in the picture section). Pretty ridiculous! It was like 4 spoonfuls. Really not very happy and feeling ripped off.

The customer service has gotten better. the Japanese Pan Noodles are still on point.

This is the worst location ever! Avoid going here at all costs. The girl who took my order was giving me attitude when I wanted to double check if my order was correct. I would love to say her name but she conveniently didn’t give me a receipt. I tried giving this noodles a chance but that just ruined it entirely for me and I will not be coming back.

I have such mixed feelings about this location… debated whether 2 or 3 stars was appropriate and ultimately, went with 3 only because I keep coming back so it can’t be THAT bad.
PROS:
Location — I’m always running errands in the area and this is one of my go-​to lunch or dinner spots due to the convenient location.
Parking — big free parking lot, another major reason I like this location.
Cleanliness — I would give this a ⁴⁄₅ stars… usually pretty clean for the most part.
Food — also ⁴⁄₅ because it’s generally really consistent but sometimes the noodles are pretty undercooked.
CONS:
Staff — woah… not the friendliest staff — they aren’t necessarily mean, but don’t expect a smile, warm greeting, or any more than a grunt when your food is brought to your table. This typically goes for both management and staff. There’s 1 manager who seems to value customer service and not hate his job.
…notice there’s only 1 major con here and it counter-​balances all of the pros.

What’s cool about this place is that your order can be uniquely perfected to your taste. If you don’t feel that your plate met your satisfaction, it’s your job to let someone know. I like to order by the pictures and add on things as I go along.
About the earlier reviews claiming that this location is «dirty,» it’s a restaurant. Of course when it gets busy (as it normally does) it’s always hard to maintain a restaurant as clean as your kitchen. But when they clean, they definitely clean.
If you’re still persistent that this location should have a bad rep for having an unkept atmosphere why not admit that there’s some nasty people in this world that feel like they’re not doing anything disgusting?
It’s gross to see parents let their kids throw their food on the ground, stomp on it, and try to pick it up. It’s also disgusting to have people not flush the toilets, and overall customers just not giving a damn about respect to a business. But this place holds their own fairly well.

Dirty, slow and just not good. Wife orders soup. Opens container, it’s a quarter full. We gave it more than one chance. The only thing that is consistent is disappointment.

Macaroni and cheese not very good. take out order was wrong. I called and the guy said he’d make up for it next time. Kind of frustrating though. I guess I will try again as the guy was nice.

My favorite noodles and company location, great space inside, over casual ambience inside. The service is fast and awesome, great tasting food, and overall great staff! Come to this location because it’s right near the shopping mall!

Simple menu, easy to order. Not blown away by the service. The restaurant was dirty, food all over the floor. I sat on a soaking wet booth sit ! Ugh annoying. The food wasn’t near good. Won’t be going again.

I love the franchise so I’m glad there is one near harlem. This still looks new so that’s a plus. Food was as expected.. Delicious! ! The only drawback from this place is that the tables need to be cleaned more often as well as the floors.
The employees are friendly too! :)

I came here with two kids in tow. Ordered a Bangkok Curry and the Spaghetti and Meatballs. Guess who eats the curry? Momma. More veggies than noodles. Hey that’s okay. This Momma needs to eat more cabbage. Guess who splits the Spaghetti? The 2 and 4 year old. The dish is hotter aka spicy than hell. Really wish the lady at the counter would have mentioned that. My poor 2 year old tried his hardest to get it done. Momma had the left overs the next day and could barely get it down.

I like noddles and co and this is the first time I will have to give terrible review. I ordered pot stickers and I got totally flat like pancake so ething that not even resembled a pot sticker. I asked manager about it and his answer was they put iron press on it so that’s why the shape like that. Awfull!!!
Place was filthy. Come on nobody can sweep the carpeting or wipe tables??? Totally. Gross
Bathroom had no papers in a paper dispenser but laying on the sink. How unsanitary!!! Not going there ever again. Too bad.
Other locations I have no problem with so what’s the problem Norridge? You need to hire better management duh

This place is disgusting. You can tell right away that your food has been microwaved. I feel sick to my stomach as I’m writing this, and I couldn’t even finish the meal I got. The vegetables were tossed aside as they were disgusting. The noodles were unexplainable. Too soft and just gross. The chicken was also awful, ugly shreds ripped from a chickens leg. I wasted $ 10 on microwaved food… I would rather go to McDonalds than eat here. That’s how bad it was. I feel like puking 10 minutes after eating.

I like everything I have tried so far. Salads and Pastas are great. The meat that you can add is so-​so. Cleanliness of the place could use a little work. Prices are very reasonable.

I have been going to the Norridge noodles and company since they opened. I have never had a problem big enough to complain in a review till today (and the last time I went there)
They offer a side salad free with their sandwiches or you have to pay $ 1 for a salad with your noodles. They have alway been decent sized salads (about the same size as a mcdonalds $ 1 salad). Until the last two times I went there. The salads are now about 3 bites and it’s gone. I’m not asking for a lot here but seriously it’s just lettuce and a couple croutons. It’s not like they add anything else to it. I asked the manager what happened to the salads his response was well it’s only a dollar, they were making them too big ever since we opened so this is how they are are now’.

The place is not clean since the tables are not washed off nicely. The floors are not clean as it could be. The food is good like the other Noodles restaurants, but the environment is not as good as it could be for a newer store.

Folks who don’t like to have servers, this place is for you. You go to the counter and order your food. They also have wine and beer, which is very nice. The food choices are of different ethnic groups (Asian, American, Italian and I think that’s it).
It’s not a fancy place but it’s quick, clean and tasty.
I always leave a couple of bucks on the table when I’m done and I hope you do the same.

NOT THE CAT’S MEOW
Yeah, well where do I fooken begin. I have experienced better. This Noodles & Company location is not the cat’s meow. I like the spicy Rossa penne pasta. The pasta has the right al dente bite with a nice, warm spicy kick. It is filled with tons of vegetables which are cooked nicely providing additional flavor to the dish. A great way to get in my vegetables for the day. Four stars for the Rossa penne pasta. Their flat bread and garlic cheese bread (though these are small) are A-​OK. Three stars. The price point is also decent. The customer service here is between 3 and 4 stars. I think it depends on WHO is working and WHO is managing the restaurant on any given day. I have experienced hit or miss service at this Noodles.
However, what is not good is that I have stopped in here more than twice, so my review is based on going here several times (not just once)! During these times, I cleaned off the table and wiped the crumbs from the chairs. The tables are always filled with left-​over plates, silverware, dirty napkins, crumbs from previous customers. I have been to other Noodles locations, and have had fantastic customer service. At the other Noodle locations I did not have to clean off the tables, chairs, etc. nor ask someone to please «remove» the dirty plates, silverware, glasses and napkins.
You know, it is nice to grab a bite to eat, after a long hard and stressful day at my job and sit down at a clean table. I don’t mind cleaning up someone else’s mess, but if I have to do it every single time I come here, I will take my business to another joint.
Be careful in this parking lot. People drive like idiots and some speed through the parking lot like they are on the fooken expressway. I noticed there are always gaggles of teens driving in this parking lot or very young college kids who obviously are NOT experienced drivers. I have witnessed a couple of close calls in the parking lot. then something is seriously wrong. To be perfectly honest, I have been to other Noddles locations where I just sat down a clean table without having to look at a dirty table.

This location needs improvement. Got my order wrong 3 times in a row. Park ridge location is much better. Wake up manager.

I really enjoyed my experience at Noodles and Co. Was my first time here. Food was delicious and fresh. Great place to get my veggies at that arent overcooked or drenched in oil. Pasta was cooked perfectly al dente. Im planning on visiting more often for sure!!! Prices are very reasonable. You do get the bang for your buck.
