Pizza Hut

Terrible service. They tell you order will be ready in 20 minutes and you end up waiting 40. You walk in and nobody is at the register. I called to place an order almost 20 minutes before they closed and «they stopped taking orders». (Even though I said I would be there in 5 minutes if necessary). They can’t even admit that they are just plain lazy. I get it, I have a life too. But it’s not as if I walked in 3 minutes before they closed. Avoid this Pizza Hut if possible.

Its a consistently good pizza hut. Always have the specials ready to go. Their online delivery promises about 30 minutes. Ive used it 3 times. once under 30. one time between 30 – 25. Another time a little over 40. I dont always order online and they generally are closer to the 30 mark or I pick it up.

Ordered carry out tonight and it sucked! The cheesy bread sticks were dried out, the pizza had no sauce on it, and when I showed the manager «Jacki» she’s says they were well done! Never again! I wouldn’t give this crap to my dog…

Worst of the worst! I had terrible experience here. Staff was nice but very slow, and the pizza just tasteless. And i will also mention their unclean floors.

Terrible terrible. Would not recommend. The pizza at the bottom tasted uncooked, and like it still needed more time. The wings are pricey. The place was pretty empty for a Friday night. Our waitress was very friendly but the food was terrible. They also no longer include wet wipes under the wings. A large pan pizza (cheese) and another supreme were just terrible. We would have been better off elsewhere, was not satisfied at all and did not enjoy my meal.

I have been here before and I always loved Pizza Hut but since they now use frozen dough the bread is very bland, but I love their salads and their pastas!

Waitress is nice but keep an eye on the plates… There’s food from a someones dinner past on ours…

Let me start this off by saying if no stars were an option, that is what they would get. I ordered pizza hut tonight not because they are good, and as anyone from Chicago knows, they aren’t; I ordered here because they are supposed to be fast. I placed my pick up order online, and I was given an estimated pick up time of 6:10. I arrived at the location at 6:20 and I was told it would be at least 10 to 15 more minutes. If I wanted to wait 45 minutes for a pizza, I would have ordered a good pizza. I will never again purchase food from this particular establishment.

We had a good experience here… At this location. Our waitress was really nice and attentive. Our food was great. No complains here… the bread sticks were nice and warm.

I love Pizza Hut all around but this place is just terrible compared to other pizza hut places. Their Pizza’s aren’t as good and for some reason every time I’m there it takes FOREVER for my order to be delivered to my table!
I’ll most likely come back to Pizza Hut in the near future but it probably will not be this location.

Nostalgia brought us to eat here one night. Reminiscing about book clubs and once a month free personal pan pizzas made our mouths water for the buttery crispy crust and breadsticks. Let’s just say we should have never tried to relive our childhood in this way.
First we waited patiently while the host was servicing another customer who was picking up his to go order. When the host was done he then proceeded to ask the guys IN BACK OF US how big of a table they needed. I then made my presence known and said, «We were here first.» Which the host then replied, «I didn’t see you.» WTF… I was standing right next to the hosts stand. We should of left then and there but NO, I guess I wanted to test my patience that night. We get seated and the guys right after us get seated in the same section also. THEY promptly get the waitress first and get their drink orders in. After 10 minutes of waiting, NO WAITRESS still but the guys get their drinks (mind you, it was not a busy night at all). Not wanting to torture ourselves any longer we walked right out. We were starving and so we didn’t even want to waste another minute to complain to the mgr. So, I dropped off our menus to the oblivious host and merely said, «I should of taken your cue and left when you didn’t notice us because apparently the waitress didn’t notice us either.»

First we waited a long time for a table, which I thought it was due to our family size. Then the wait for the food. Not only were the chicken wings pink but The was a hair on one. When we notified the manager he had the nerve to say «no one in the kitchen has that type of hair»!! The bathroom was horrific, don’t put ur baby on the changing table. This place use to be nice but it is under new management who has also decided to no longer offer crayons & coloring books for children (per the waitress when we asked for out 1&½ yr old. I wont come back.

I love this place, especially the lunch time buffet. If you really want the whole expierience ask for a waitress named Cookie, Shes awesome!

Whenever I see a Pizza Hut I think «OMG I have to go back, I really love their pizza!» And then I go and realize, again, that it’s CRAP. Breadsticks were great, pizza made me want to puke. Pretty standard Pizza Hut fare.
Of course, there was the worst service I have had in a long-​ass time as well. We had to wait 10min to be seated, despite all of the empty tables. Then it was another 30min before the server even acknowledged our presence. 10min later we ordered. An hour after we entered the door we got our drinks. 15 min after that our server came out with our pizza… only she had written down the wrong thing! So another 20min (or so) after that we FINALLY got our food. Yes, that’s about an hour and a half after we got in the door.
From what we could tell some servers called off, as well as a cook or two. Still sucked ass though. The only plus side was that the waitress took a few things off our bill, so she was obviously aware of the crappy service we had received. Still, I won’t be going back.

Ugh, this location has severely gone hill over the last few years. Pizza Hut, I once called you the gods of my pizza hunger and the answer to my cravings. Now, I’m sorry that I have to update our relationship status to ‘It’s Complicated’.
My orders have been screwed up on multiple occasions (typically missing items). The staff always seems to be somewhat short and rude with customers, especially if you’re doing take out. The last two times I have picked up pizza from this location it has been incredibly dry and flavorless (granted I know this is Pizza Hut and not gourmet pizza, but still I like to have at least some flavor). The only thing that even remains halfway decent is the wings from the ‘Wing Street’ portion of this location. Which, let’s face it, they’re probably frozen, microwaved, and then tossed in sauce.
It’s sad that a pizza chain that used to be considered one of the top ‘cheaper’ pizza chains has turned into utter crap. The only time I can even consider pizza hut now is if I have been heavily drinking and really don’t care about my life decisions anymore.
