My insurance benefits were exhausted so I decided to check places in search of better selection of frames and a more competitive price. Visionworks was my last resort (I didn’t want to go to the mall). But after leaving 3 other places because of price, I decided to give them a try. Excellent customer service — both ladies that took care of us were so helpful and professional! And they worked with me to give me the best deal possible, since my benefits don’t kick in for another year. Saved a ton of money and can’t say enough about the staff here!
Great selection of frames — almost three times as many as the Lenscrafters I used to go to — and love the brand selection… Kate Spade, Calvin Klein, Vera Bradley, Chelsea Morgan, and many more!

Had an amazing experience from start to finish after a horrible experience the day before with eye deal eye care. I called and got a same day appointment. Easy, New location inside hip mall. After filling out paperwork went straight in for my eye exam. Dr. Patel was excellent and quick with finding my prescription, what took hours doing with a previous Dr at another facility that wasn’t even to get me a prescription I can see through. Reyna then was a great help with choosing frames. She chose a couple she thought I would like and gave me my personal time and space to choose and look around. I bought 3 pair!
After getting my first pair I was pleased with the prescription. No more headaches or heavy eyes. Definitely a go to place if looking for new glasses. Not many brand names but definitely a huge selection to choose from. :D

Great place to buy glasses!
Huge selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
They have brand names like lacoste, Kate spade but are not ridiculously over priced. Great location close to my home.
I saw Dr. Gonzalez and he was amazing!
He answered all of my questions with a smile and even helped me pick out frames! !

I walked in here on Thursday night and was looking for new frames. I tried on several as I waited for assistance. Not one but two girls ‘working’ couldn’t bother to say hello or ask if I needed help. I walked out. If my business is not going to be appreciated I have no problem taking it elsewhere.
If you have Davis vision for your insurance you should try Sarena Eyecare. They are fantastic.

Great location that is closer to home.
I stopped in to briefly look at frames and was immediately greeted by a young lady.
A few caught my eye for my future pair for next year. The gentleman working there easily answered a few questions about my insurance with Davis .
Can’t wait to come back in 2016 to get my new specs from here.

Only one star dr great but front staff was bitchy and judgemental. Don’t be prissy when in reality it’s a mall and not high end either.
Attended to blah! The guy was rude and had his nose up at everyone.
It’s a people business why not like people?
