Last year I posted a rant against the LensCrafters location off Willow Road. I stand by the level of disappointment. I stand by that rant. However, being a creature of habit, rather than throwing the baby out with the bath water, I went to a different location this year, 4214 North Harlem Avenue Norridge, IL 60 706. SOOOooo much better. I adore Dr. Elizabeth Shelus, O.D. and highly recommend her. She knows her stuff! She is informative, friendly and extremely professional. This time around the experience was as dreamy as a trip to an eye doctor and getting glasses can be. The staff was thorough and accomodating and the glasses I got top notch! I’d go back.

it’s actually been a couple months but… while shoe shopping I was fiercely elbowed by a woman who couldn’t resist a sale. my sunglasses flew off my head and (dramatically imagine this in slow motion) she stepped on them. I was devastated. a family member recommended LensCrafters. called, went in… and they were fixed. free of charge. can’t say you can get that kind of help everywhere.

Terribly expensive! They have it all figured out here to soak you. We went in for the eye exam and some assistant started with the cover this eye and read the letters. What? An assistant? I told her to leave and we waited for the optometrist. The eyeglass cleaner the can’t even give you after I spent more than 5 big ones.

I had a great experience at this Lenscrafters. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Dr. Paik was simply amazing and very easy going yet knowledgable. 5 stars =) I will definitely be returning here year after year

I love this place. After my very poor experience with VisionWorks, I decided to come here, since my last pair of glasses were made here a few years back. Anyway, the Optometrist I seen was wonderful, very friendly, and explained things very clearly to me. The customer service could not have been better! They helped me pick out frames, respected that I was on a budget, and were very helpful describing all of my options. They didn’t rush me, they took their time. They even checked out my current pair of glasses to see what was wrong with them! They made sure that I walked out of there with a pair of glasses that was right for me, and right the first time!
I paid a little bit more, but it’s well worth it.
