Great doctor, but the staff is totally different story. They are mean and not helpful at all. Specially Silvia, saw her yelling at the kid in the office one time and also I didn’t like the way she was talking to me most of the time. And also impossible to get an appointment. Who can wait 2 – 3 weeks? When u r calling a doctor, it’s usually urgent, u don’t need a haircut… So for these reasons had to change my doctor. I don’t like loosing Dr. Ramona Zak as a physician, but had no other option.

Love love love Dr. Zac! I have been taking my daughters there for a long time… She is more like a family friend than a dr! She loves my kids, and I know she cares about them a whole lot. She has called us to check on how my kids are after appointments. The office manager is also great! So helpful. I’m not sure of anyone else’s names, but they can be… Abrasive. I hear it with other patients, and amongst employees. Take it with a grain of salt if you want to see a great doc! It’s worth it, and once they know you it goes away.

Dr Zak and her staff are always polite and courteous. Actually, I find Dr Zak rather funny. she spends a good amount of time answering my questions and asking about my mother who is also one of her patients. I don’t know what these other patients are talking about, shes a great Doctor and the rest of the staff are always so nice! Jolleen is always sweet and pleasure to talk too. I have never had a bad experience here!

Bad doctor and Staff. When You call them You have to wait 2 weeks for appt even You are sick with 103.2 Fever. She was missdiagnosed my husband and didn’t even call to apologize. We wait 2 weeks for results and nobody call, when I called They are very upset telling me that ;“Dr. Żak has so many pts if she Found the time she will call You «. What kind of answer is this ?? This is a Doctor office who care about You health. Doctor only Wants money, pts are not very important. Very sad !!! I will never comeback here because she doesn’t know what she is doing. !!! Staff even worst. Bad experience !!!

by far one of the clueless doctors i have ever experienced! stay away from nurse jolleen, the meanest attitude if i ever seen one, she administered my 8 month old shots and she was pinching her legs so hard, when giving the shot, my daughter bled at all the shut injection sites, my daughter didn’t stop crying for 3 hours, i called nurse jolleen back and she yelled at me, my 8 months old also had an ear infection and the dr missed it, she said her ears were fine, nope took her to the er an ear infection and 102 fever. this dr and her nurses are clueless!!! stay away!!!
