Shoulder surgery September of 2014 and was told best to wait a full year to get the other one done. Bills started to arrive eight months ago and I asked for a payment plan of $ 50.00/month which they agreed. Statements would not arrive so I called and was told because of turnover they weren’t mailed and that they would start sending again more routinely. Made my follow appointment and was told I couldn’t come in because of a past due balance. I explained I had a pay arrangement and needed timely statements and they said ok that they would again make sure they were being sent. I received a statement three days later which I paid $ 172.57 to catch up for any missed statements that they did not send. I go in today and I’m immediately asked about my past due balance. 3rd time in a week I’ve reviewed the arrangement and their lack of sending statements. I immediately asked for an Office Manager to speak with. She comes out and says that Linda made all the notes and it wasn’t her. I’m confused thinking they now have two office managers and I start to explain that this is the 3rd time I’m having this conversation and she tells me to relax it wasn’t her that left the notes. I asked if there was a charge for cancelling the appointment after I paid them in full. They made me feel like a deadbeat even though I adhered to the arrangement they agreed to and tried to catch them up with larger payment just days earlier. In all the back and forth I forgot I paid them more than the $ 50 so when I paid them in full this morning I actually paid $ 122.57 more than the bill. Called for a refund and she would mail out a check on Monday, Labor Day. I can’t win with these guys. Medical billing is a mess everywhere but they went out of their way to make me the bad guy even though I was routinely paying. Even after I paid them in full they were looking at me like I was still the bad guy and truthfully I really didn’t have almost $ 600 to lay out this month for a medical bill I thought we had an agreement on. This attitude for $ 500.00 and change? Unreal.

I showed up for a 9:05AM appointment(my first visit). No mention they were running behind schedule, which made sense since it was fairly early in the morning. By 9:40AM, I asked how much longer my wait was and they informed me I still had three people in front of me and estimated at least 45 minutes, leaving me no other option but to cancel my appointment since I had a 11:00AM meeting to get to. They seem to really over-book their schedule, which is a pet peeve of mine with doctors. Waiting 30 minutes is one thing, but 90 minutes is too much. I’d recommend elsewhere.

The doctors, once you get to see them are great. The problem I’ve had is actually getting in. I had a pretty serious injury and each appointment was at least 10 days waiting — meanwhile things got worse with my injury. It seems like they might need a few more on staff. The weird thing is, every time I’ve been there are hardly any patients in the waiting room.

Great doctors and staff. Office is clean and run efficiently. Never waited more than 10 minutes for appointments.
