I had my first appointment with Dr. Nam today. The ladies were great when scheduling and I didn’t feel like I was rushing them or wasting their time like at some other doctor’s offices.
I waited for about 15 minutes in the waiting room and another 10 or so in the office while Dr. Nam finished up with other patients and tracked down lab results, etc.
He walked quickly and was very energetic and I worried that I would leave with questions, feeling like I was swept up in a flurry; but once we started the consultation/appointment, I felt like all of his focus was on me and I was able to get all of the information and answers I needed.
I feel very comfortable being in Dr. Nam’s care.
