I stopped in here today to look around and make a purchase. This place is great. They have a massive selection of hair products including brands I never even heard of in my life. And a very nice selection of hair for weaves. The employees were extremely helpful, Nice and treated me respectfully. I took 1 star away because of the sketchy area, and the Horrible parking. I will say that the clientele is a bit strange as well but it’s Norristown… After it’s all said and done I defiantly would return again.

I recently visited Spillane’s. They have a large variety of hair products from cheap (never heard of) brands to high end. There’s a little bit of everything in this store. The employees were friendly and helpful. It is a bigger than most hair/​food/​jewelry store in Norristown, so the employees have to keep watch of their goods. However, it did not take away from my first experience there. I asked 2 people for help and 1 other person offered his help. They were all friendly, so I must say, their customer service was intact. I would definitely visit this store again.

I frequent this store often, for they have every hair product known to man. The prices are great and everything is organized. The only thing I dislike is the staff arent always friendly or helpful and sometimes I get the notion that Im being followed around the store which can be quite unpleasant. They have everything from high-​end hair to the cheap stuff, wigs, curlers, shampoo, conditioner, etc. They also have nice fashion jewelry at a good price. I visited the store today and couldnt remember the name of a product I previously purchased and a young man had asked me if I needed help and I proceeded to describe the product I was looking for and when I looked at him after a long period of silence I realized he was futzing with his phone, so I said excuse me do u think you could help me with what Im looking for and he continued to look at his phone, so I kindly asked if there was someone else that could assist me and he blankly answered «NO» I love all the products and the variety this store carries but it upsets me to spend the amount of money I do in this store when I can’t get treated like a paying customer or with common courtesy. I will visit this store again and again until another store opens that has better service
