Lauren did a cut and color for me a few weeks ago. I love the color and the cut was a huge change (exactly what I asked for) that took me a few days of doing it to get used to… but now I like it! And I learned a lot about hair Ph. GREAT customer service… they really listen! I will be back and have sent friends to them!

Hubby bought me a GC for the holidays. Got my hair done (roots and all). Got a basic mani/​pedi (not gel) and a wax. I will honestly say I felt more pampered than you can imagine. I’ve told my hubby I’m done with «saving a buck» and that I’m going here from now on. Turns out my stylist works PT there and PT on Newbury Street. So, I got Newbury Street service for more local prices. Again, if you’re looking for someplace in the «middle of the action» you’re not going to find it here. However, isn’t a day at the spa supposed to be away from all of that?

Wonderful salon! Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The customer service is outstanding. All of the stylists are very talented and knowledgeable. I saw Alyssa for my cut and style. This was my first time at the salon, and she gave me a tour of the salon and fixed me a cup of coffee to enjoy while she finished her client. As I was early for my appointment, I enjoyed the relaxing time. She took her time consulting about what I would like and she gave me a great cut and style. My husband who rarely comments on my hair, noticed the new style immediately and he loved it. I love my new cut, and I feel SASSY! Going next time for a pedicure.

I visited here to have a mani, pedi and hair color. I really enjoyed my services. My favorite was the pedicure, it was in a really cool private room that was very tranquil and relaxing. The salon is cozy and everyone was very friendly. It’s not a store front so it was a bit confusing to find it at first, but once find the office building and correct entrance it’s easy. I’ll definitely go back.

I had a very good experience at this salon! Alyssa was very knowledgeable and I left just loving my hair, which I wanted a little more trendy/​edgy than it had been. I’m very happy with both the color color and cut! Plus, GREAT customer service. She really listened to me, then offered me good ideas, and carried out exactly what we decided upon. I have fine hair that can be hard to work with and I left so pleased, I’m going back in a week for some additional services.
The only reason I’m not giving it all five stars is b/​c the salon itself is in sort of an odd building, like a doctor’s office building almost, but once you do get past the odd entry, it’s really lovely inside — decorated well with cool furnishings/​colors.

Wonderful Salon, great service, Suzanne does a wonderful job, her waxing is great. The salon is beautifully decorated. Do not hesitate, call them.
