Subs and salads are very good here. I’ve gotten the chicken kabob wrap and it’s loaded with marinated chicken. Not a big fan of Greek pizza so I go elsewhere to order pizza. The customer service… friendliness…is lacking. They never really say hello or thank tou, or smile for that matter. I once called and ordered a ham and cheese sub with mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickles and onions. Apparently I took too long to say all of that because the guy on the phone said«that’s everything but hot. Next time you call just say everything but hot.» Still gave 3 stars because the food is good.

Ordered the Chicken Kabob Salad for pickup, since we are right around the corner. Got the Salad back, and while taking off my coat, my wife shouts«they forgot the chicken». Technically, looked like they only forgot«most of the chicken». Only 5 tiny cubes of chicken on top of a container of lettuce. Worst salad ever !!! Zero taste, do they even marinate the chicken? Best part of this meal was the fresh pita bread. Did I mention Zero customer service, no «hello» or «thank you», two of the most important things as far as I am concerned.

Place an order for a steak tip salad but instead I got«chunk lettuce steak tip salad» … Mind you I am a regular customer who always orders from them along with my co-workers ! I am not one to complain about food but since I really used to enjoy their salads I’d figured they would want to know my feedback because at first I didn’t want to never over from them again ! Anyways I got huge chuck pieces of romaine lettuce and very little steak ! I called and I was told that they can’t do anything about the steak since steak is more expensive now according to whoever I spoke to and then I told him that my lettuce is all chunks ! He went on and told me there is nothing wrong with my salad and I am just complaining for no reason ! I took a picture and see it for yourself !

Ordered an hour and a half ago. Delivery left the store 50 minutes ago. After 45 minutes on the road, it arrived. Steak and cheese showed up cold and soggy, wife’s Alfredo is congealed, and able to be lifted off the ziti in one piece it is so cold. Buffalo finger appetizer is a spongy mess. This might be the most gross and unappetizing delivery order I’ve ever received. I wish there was a way to give zero stars.

They have the best honey BBQ steak tip salad around! We just moved to the area, but have had their food several times in the past because my parents live here too. We ordered delivery online on a Friday night and our order came in 19 minutes… if that isn’t amazing service I don’t know what is!

This place has always been a town favorite but recently has gone completely downhill in the past few years. First off they have the absolute rudest employees ever especially the owner. He has the attitude of a 5 year old and no busyness skills at all. No wonder there’s a help wanted sign on the door every other week. There food used to be very good but now it seems rushed and not made with pride. There just not somewhere id order from again after my last ordeal with this place.

UPDATE: the«manager» I spoke with is actually the owner, Taso. I’ll try to keep this somewhat short and sweet. I went to Pizza Factory last night(9⁄28) for dinner and ordered the Gyro plate. Correct me if I’m wrong, but shouldn’t a Gyro plate come with a Gyro? Well apparently at Pizza Factory they don’t agree with that idea. The«Gyro» you get in the plate is just a piece of bread and a couple pieces of lamb, a side of fries and a salad. But that wasn’t even my biggest disappointment in this establishment. The next day(9⁄29) at around 1:30, I decided I would call and kindly ask for the manager whom I asked what they put in their gyros. He confirmed that their gyros come with bermuda onions, tomato and tzatziki sauce. I told the manager that I ordered the plate, and he interrupted me with«oh the plate is not the same gyro as the sub. If you order the plate, you don’t expect to get the same ingredients as the sub». I then explained how the whole idea behind paying a few extra dollars for a plate as opposed to just the plain old sub, is to get the exact same sub as well as a side of fries and a salad for a bit of a price break. He then responded by telling me that I don’t even know what im complaining about, because now I’m talking about price. To make a long story short, we debated the philosophy of dinner plates and subs for a few minutes before he finally said he didn’t know what to tell me. The not-so-gyro I got didn’t bother me as much as the treatment I received from the manager as a customer with a legitimate complaint. I’ve worked in customer service my whole life and was appalled by this manager’s lack of experience and care. When I finally told the manager that I was not going to be eating there anymore, and I was going to tell everyone I know about my experience, he said«whatever, you can say what you want.» Great management, huh…

This place changed my mind completely about roast beef sandwiches. I went to Harrison’s when I first came to North Andover, and my experience was terrible. However, the super beef sandwiches here? TOTALLY different experience. Firm roll instead of a soppy mess. Flavorful beef instead of a mushy slop. Great topping selections, like grilled peppers and other veggies. Fast turnover without making a mess of the sandwiches. Pizza Factory is my go-to for beef sandwiches. They’re huge, well-made, delicious and convenient. No other roast beef sandwiches compare. :P

Not my favorite pizza place in North Andover, but the pizza is still good. They also have a pretty extensive menu with tasty, greasy fried food, a salad if you’d like to skip out on that, or calzones and sandwiches.

I have never been more disappointed with customer service! I will never order from here again. I normally order at least twice a week and they way I was just treated I will never order again. The pizza is always great, but tonight it was cold and looked like it had been sitting around. I also ordered mozzarella sticks-always COLD, not warm, COLD. I called to let them know and the owner called me a liar. This man should not be in business.

It’s a good restaurant but they NEVER honor the 20% check in coupon on Unilocal. They all look at you weird like you’ve done something wrong. Very awkward. Probably won’t be returning.

The last TWO, yes two, times I ordered here I was sick to my stomach. And by «sick» I mean stuff coming out of all ends if you catch my drift. The vegetarian pizza I ordered was so greasy that after the first slice nausea hit me. After two I was done for. I will never order from here again.

I really like their pizza and Greek salad. I think they are a little cheap though. I always need extra dressing and they charge for it??? I also had an incidence once where my pizza wasn’t ready after a half hour and one lady told me they forgot about it. Then a guy ran over and said it was«almost ready» but I ended up waiting another ten minutes. Clearly they had forgotten it and he was trying to pretend he didn’t. No discount even though I asked. Hhhhhh. But I continue to go there cuz the food is great!

We(Myself and a dozen students) had called in to order. I had one of the kids call and the gent hung up on him while trying to order. After calling back to order again he told the student not to call back. I then had to call and order… even after ordering the gent on the phone did not apologize for his attitude or do anything! HOrrible customer service. I always try to support the local businesses not only was this gent rude but the pizza was very average. If I want pizza made by a convection oven I will purchase it at the grocery store. Pizza should be made in a stone pizza oven to give it the best flavor and texture.

Asian Chicken Salad is great and the Super Beef on an onion roll is very tasty. They butter their roll, sauce is fantastic. Good size for the price. Pizza is greek style. I have yet to try other things.

PIZZANAZI!!! We have ordered many occasions from here in the last year and half because they are the only delivery in our area. Most of the pizza has been good so tonight was a bit of a surprise. We ordered a bbq chicken pizza that was so salty it was inedible. When I called to talk to the owner he said I am an idiot. They have had no complaints for two months. I asked to take the pizza back and have him take a bite. Someone in the kitchen could have been heavy handed with salt accidentally, right? Nope. Impossible! I am the jerk. This was the worst customer service experience ever.

This place used to have GREAT pizza. Their attitudes and service have ALWAYS sucked, but I looked past it because of the pie. However, in the past 3 months they’ve completely gone down hill. If you can get past the impolite staff, sexist(and racist) employer and not get turned off by the lack of a «Hello — how can I help you?» then you’re doing well so far. But then you order(1) Lg. Pepperoni,(1) Lg. Hawaiian pizza and(1) Lg. Cheese, pay $ 45 for the pies + a 2 liter, load up the car and head home… crack open the boxes in front of your kids and your 6 year old exclaims«WHYISTHEREBARELYANYTOPPINGS?»… at that point you know you’ve got to write a review. Yes, I counted the pepperonis: 12. That’s an average of 1.5 pieces per slice. That’s not a pepperoni pizza — that’s a disgrace to all pies ever created. I didn’t count the pineapples and ham, but let’s just say it wasn’t going any better. Save your money and get Dominoes. Or, go across the street to Sal’s for the same coin but twice the value. And I don’t like Sal’s… so that’s saying a lot.

Since I moved to this area, I have been trying out local pizza joints and avoiding the chains as much as I can. This place never disappoints. Have been their repeat customer for over few months now. I try to alternate between different places and always end up coming here once in a while. Pluses– Freshly made pizza and fresh ingredients. Family owned and run so there is this little extra humanity to the food they serve. My fav is their Mediterranean Pizza and their White Pizza. Just had a little orgasm even mentioning them. Love them. Also, the calzones are pretty good and I have tried their chicken kabob bomb sub which is pretty good as well. Keep on serving good mouth watering food.

I’m so disappointed. Pizza factory is where I used to go to as a kid. Last time I ate there was about 2 years ago. The blonde russian lady working the front counter was one of the rudest people I’ve encountered in the food service industry, the chicken broccoli ziti I ordered had 3 pieces of chicken, and there wasn’t enough garlic sauce at all. The broccoli was not fresh. Pizza Factory has absolutely gone downhill. You’re better off going to Sal’s across the street. I also have short hair and was wearing flannel. I might have looked too much like a dyke for the counter girls tastes.
