Went for a fast lunch while out shopping! I have to say the 3 stars is just for the overall experience because the food was great! We got the lunch $ 7.99 flatbread, salad, and rolls which is such a steal! The pizza was amazing! I got the pesto chicken and my wife got the sausage. The side Cesar salad unlimited was amazing! I could not be happier with the food! Our waitress tho… Wow! Awful! My wife and I fought because I wanted to leave NO tip and I’m a 20%+ tipper. She was rude, slow, and clearly had some other issues going on. Meghan A was her name so please stay away! You will see it in her face she was so awful! Everything we asked for you would think she didn’t work there and we asked another guest to get our stuff! You go out to eat for food and experience and our experience sucked because of our server!

Bertucci’s can be great but is inconsistent. Nice ambience and overall quality for a mall/chain restaurant, but be warned: DONOT order the shrimp scampi!!! Please, save yourselves! I can tolerate a lot of garlic but the amount they use in that dish is extreme. It took several rounds of toothbrushing, mouth wash, gum chewing, and, alas, getting very ill for several hours to get the taste and ensuing queasiness to go away. It felt like garlic poisoning(which I know is not a real thing — or wasn’t until Bertucci’s introduced their scampi).

Told there was a 20 minute wait for party of ten. Hostess told us they were waiting on a table to clear then seated another party at the table. Ended up being over 40 minutes and the manager crammed us in a table more appropriate for 6 – 8. Manager had previously asked my wife if it was ok if we were«tight» at the table. My wife said yes. I don’t think she had any idea how tight. Neither did the host who seated us and told us we could use another table as well. Then the manager seated a party at the other table so it was back to the crammed in table. Four chairs on each side of the table all touching and extending beyond the length of the table. I told the manager the table was too small and she snapped that if we wanted a bigger table we would have to wait longer. I said we already waited more than twice the time we were told. I left and the remainder of my party stayed. So it’s probably a bit roomier with 9. Incompetence.

Party of six at 8:20PM, relatively empty restaurant, took us 20 minutes to seat, further 10 for a waitress to show up. Surrounding tables left with dirty dishes for pretty long. Waitstaff milling around with total absence of hustle. Doesn’t do wonders for the ambience. The manager on duty was apologetic when I complained, personally brought us the appetizers and comped it. Decent individual, and kudos to him for making amends, but the system as a whole isn’t working. I’d rather pay full price and have a good experience. Sad to see Bertucci’s go down. It used to be much better.

Always a nice place to stop for lunch. Salad and rolls come with all the lunch items. I’m a sucker for the rolls and olive oil. Can’t get enough. The staff has always been pleasant and the dining area clean. Today I had the new item; Maryland style crabcakes on roasted red pepper aioli with green beans and roasted potatoes. The crab cake is very good and the aioli compliments it nicely. For me the greenbeans were a but overdone but the potatoes were quite good. My dining companion had the cod-a nice thick piece of cod cooked in the brick oven with tomato sauce and black olives plus a side of roasted potatoes. She raved all the way through and ate every bite. Seeing how this is a Tuesday lunch I had a hot tea(it was a cloudy, rainy day) and my friend asked for pelligrino with lots of limes and she got LOTS of limes! It’s those small details that count. For those who want a cocktail, wine or beer, they have a full bar. Our waitress was attentive checking in on us a few times and not when our mouths were full and we couldn’t reply.(Doesn’t that drive you mad?) This is a nice, casual, family friendly restaurant famous for brick oven pizza but the menu includes many options including $ 7.99 lunch specials.

Great pizza in a brick oven. Wait staff always friendly and accommodating. Restrooms are very clean and never caught a bad meal here.

I’ve been to a number of Bertucci’s and they all have the tendency to hit some things out of the park while other things age just OK. i.e. artichoke dip — out of this world. pizza OK, Bread — excellent, Drinks smallish. I do go at least once a year. Good for a family crowd and whereas I prefer the company of grownups I tend to not go more often.

Food is almost always good. We like to sit at the bar and usually the service is just ok. There is one woman who works the bar who is just awful. Slower than slow. She’s been there a while and has regulars in there all the time. If you aren’t s regular then forget it. It takes years to get anything from her. Every time I see her behind the bar when we walk in the place loses points.

My meal wasn’t that bad for a chain Italian restaurant. The dinner salad was mostly of iceberg lettuce. Broccoli came with my meal as a side. The steak was plain, no garlic or spices. You think for an Italian restaurant you would use more garlic.

Always great experience. Good pizzas and good service. My daughter got engaged there on a sunday evening am hour before closing and I can’t say enough good stuff about the managers and the wonderful staff. We could not find another place for a sunday late night, we had the best experience ever. I appreciate everyone there. They do a super job. Nice.

We went her on New Year’s Day I have to say I have been to many bertuccis before but this one seemed to be a little different in a bad way service was very slow and the silano pizza we ordered seemed to just not have that same taste normally it comes with lemons but I guess they were out this time I am starting to think the staff was put out way too late last night and was hung over

Had lunch here yesterday(11÷9÷14) with my daughter and my nephew. We loved the food… shrimp & lobster risotto; and Jamalaya fetuccini. Served hot and fresh. The rolls came to our table fresh from the oven. SOGOOD! All the service from the hostess to our waiter provided A+ service. The manager(really tall guy) was sooo nice, not only did he walk around and ask the guests if everything was okay, he actually helped his staff by cleaning tables and getting things ready for the next guest. It was great to see a Manager who is not afraid to get his«hands dirty» Great local spot!

Great deals — 3 $ Flatbread pizzas and Canyon Road wine specials. Bar Service is always fantastic. Can’t beat the pizza crust at Bertucci’s, chain or not. Rolls are fresh, 9 times out of 10. We’re regulars but there is a reason why. Never disappointed.

I was not impressed to say the least. The biggest factor in how I rate a restaurant is their price and size portions ratios and this restaurant failed miserably. I got an order that was $ 14.99 and to me it looked like it was the size of a TV dinner. The GRILLEDCHICKENMARSALA was barely a mouth full for me and I left the restaurant hungry and disappointed. What a rip-off. I won’t be back.

I live behind the Emerald Mall so for a quick bite with my son on a Monday its never dissapointed either of us! Casy the bartender makes an awesome white sangria thats out of this world! She usually waits on us and runs the bar and we have never felt neglected! Shes fantastic and always remembers us and treats us like company at her house. If your looking for fancy this isn’t it… Lets be realistic on what this is, a chain, duh to those who act like its the Ritz and are dissapointed its not. I think you get a ton of bang for the buck! The salads fresh, rolls hot, pizza is bangin, and if you order an item that has a photo it comes out looking just like it! I think this is a great spot… give it a whirl!

Went here last week and I loved it! The last time I have been here before last week was in 2010 and this time it was great. The food was awesome and the waitress we had was super kind. I totally recommend this place! The pizza is delicious by the way!

We went here for dinner tonight. Ordered the lobster shrimp scampi and a large strawberry salad. If you’re hungry, do not order the $ 20 lobster and shrimp scampi. They were so cheap with the pasta. It was seriously a child’s portion. I said to the waitress that it didn’t look like the picture. The manager came over, but did nothing about it. I was wondering why at 7pm on a Friday night the place was half empty. Now I know why. We left hungry. Won’t be back. Too bad.

I usually like this place but today sucked. The bread was too hard to eat. The Pizza was good but my boyfriend’s was burnt the service sucked, our waitress disappeared on us. We came during lunch and obviously wanted to be in and out, waiting for 15mins for the bill the another 10 for change, while she socialized with her fellow wait staff wish she had on a name tag, I’d totally put her on blast. Not to mention they took the liberty of shorting our change 14 cents. Is that even legal?

Another chain? Yes. But oh my is it tasty food! Over the years, I have had nothing but good experiences and tasty food at any Bertucci’s restaurants. Several times over the years, I have brought kids here, and the servers have been incredibly friendly and helpful to me and to them. Not only is the kids menu tasty and friendly, but they bring bread dough for the kids to play with, shape, and will even bake it into whatever they have created if you ask. An original way to keep the kiddos busy. What about the rest of the menu? I have never had anything but tasty goodness here. My personal favorite is the Silano Pizza– chicken and broccoli with a lemony cheese sauce. During my last visit, my friend and I shared some sangria, which was delicious. Any appetizers I’ve had the pleasure of trying have been absolutely perfect. The service matches the food– just wonderful. Great experiences all around, every time!

After the recent disaster at the Taunton location I wanted to make sure I took the time to review our recent experience in North Attleboro. Our waitress, Jolene, was friendly, relating to both me and the family with kind comments, and efficient. She literally read my mind about wanting another drink and had it in front of me without noticing! All of the sudden there was a refilled beverage in front of me. I actually laughed and commented on it to my husband. The food came out promptly and we were able to have a great dinner and keep our evening moving forward. It’s nicely situated and clean. They have dough and crayons to entertain the kids. It does get busy so you may want to call ahead or stop in before starting your shopping. They have always gotten us in and out at a comfortable speed. Good job North Attleboro!
