Papa Gino’s Pizzeria

Have not had papa ginos in 2 years. When I came in with my spouse I could not have been happier. This is my favorite pizza. As we came up to order I asked the woman at the register if they had Alfredo sauce for the pizza and she said yes. My spouse asked for a steak and cheese with Alfredo. She said they did not have steak. So he proceeded to ask for a buffalo chicken with Alfredo sauce and the woman had to ask the manager… we heard the manager talking to the woman at the register and he was raising his voice a bit saying that that pizza could not be done, that it wasnt possible and was not on the menu. I would have walked out but I missed the cheese pizza so bad. I am so upset that they could not make that pizza. Every other pizza company around us makes that. He did not order a pizza after that. I noticed the manager walking around with a miserable look. Wasn’t happy at all and made us felt uncomfortable. He couldn’t even come up to us and talk to us. The 2 stars is for the incredible taste and the blank others is for the rude manager.

O M G !! The BEST pizza and cheese bread ever! I came in for some slices of pizza and fell in love. It was perfection. Not too saucy. Not too cheesy, just perfect. The cheese bread and French fries were just as good too! A must try if you love pizza.

I only give this 3 stars solely because of the attitude of the hostess
We asked her a question about our food, she interrupted us gave us the and said «wait a minute» ummm… I’m pretty sure if u have customers, with questions, that is NOT the way to treat them!

I must say this Papa Ginos has some of the best serice I have ever had at any of their other locations. Julia who waited on my boys and I was very friendly. She was extremely helpful by transferring my credits that were on file but on another card to a new card and allowed me to use the credits on this visit. This has always been a challenge in the past at other locations were if you didnt have your card you could not use the credit. Not to mention, she brought our food to us and really made us feel valued and welcome. Food was fresh, hot and delicious!!! Two thumbs up, way to go Julia :-)

If you like bacon you’re in for a treat. We ordered a bacon pizza and the bacon is perfectly cooked «real bacon » and lots of it. We’ve tried several local pizza places and although we enjoy a variety, the bacon pizza here was the best !

We frequently order from here because in my opinion they are better than the other papas in our area. Food is always hot and fresh. I took advantage of the 50% off online order today. By accident I ordered a Hamburg pizza rather than pepperoni. When I picked up pizza I double checked and it was in fact my error. She offered to make me a pepperoni anyway. I just had to wait a few. She told me to keep the other pizza as well since it would be thrown out. You would think for s half price pizza they would have told me to beat it, too bad, oh well. I would have expected it and made due with my hamburg pizza. Amazing customer service.
