The only reason I am giving 2 stars and not 1, is the exceptional customer service Tom gave us. We brought our vehicle for new tires, new rack and pinion steering and brakes. We paid a substantial amount of money for all this work. I was excited to get our car back and have it feel like a «new» vehicle. It was far from that, it was worse. Making the first right out of the parking lot, the grinding sound was really bad. Immediately, we took the vehicle back to have the head mechanic (never got his name) look it over. To say he was erogant and condescending would be nice, he dismissed our concern and simply said the issue was «air» in the lines from the rack and pinion replacement.
Side note, If you have had break work done, which I have, I know mechanics flush the lines of air before returning to the customer. So needless to say, I wasn’t buying it. He told me it would work itself out after 200 miles or so. Well, after driving for 10 miles I knew this was a bigger issue. I took the vehicle back the next day. I received the same disrespect with some rude comments as well from the lead mechanic. All the while he still refused to admit an issue. Thankfully, Tom was willing to listen. I felt it was lack of fluid in the power stirring. It only makes sense given the rack and pinion was just replaced. But what would I know, «I am not a mechanic», as the lead mechanic informed me several times. Tom helped me test the power stirring fluid and sure enough, dry. Tom (not even a mechanic) helped me fill it full. By the time I got home, the sound was pretty much gone.
The erogance and lack of problem solving the lead mechanic portrayed could and may have left me with a much bigger issue with my vehicle. I recommend not to get work done here, the head mechanic left zero trust and confidence in his work.

I had my brakes done at Meineke with free lifetime replacement with just paying for labor costs. When I went to have replaced recently was told I also needed new rotors. Since I didn’t have funds for that I waited a couple weeks (brakes weren’t that bad) and went somewhere I used to go to. My rotors are fine. Several years ago I was told a belt was not good and needed to be replaced. Never been replaced and doing fine at this time. Feel they were trying to take advantage and that’s it for me.

I had my brakes and rotors done in May of 2015 and the service was amazing. My brakes shook and squeaked every time I had to brake. When I left, my jeep felt like a whole new car! It was quick and easy and everyone was so nice and helpful! Next time anything needs to be done with my car and I most definitely going back to this Meineke!

After over 10 years of loyalty to this Meineke, i sent a lot of business there way and then i started getting feedback from friends about issues after the fix here. Then one day i didn’t like a price quote I was given. So I took my vehicle to another place and instead of over $ 800 at Meineke it was a total cost of $ 148. I then took another vehicle to the new place and they asked why it had never been tuned before. I brought them the paperwork to show it had been tuned as recently as 6 months earlier at Meineke. They showed me three rusted spark plugs and some other eye opening facts that made me wonder if I had been being ripped off by this meineke for years. I have spoken to others that I know that left also and there reasons were the same. My only recourse is social media. So I caution all of you to becarful it’s your money. I won’t ever do business with them again.

I took my care here a couple of months ago and received great service and pricing from the team there!
The manager (I believe his name was Ed) was very friendly and gave me a breakdown of his recommendations for my car. In addition to replacing the brakes and rotors (my main reason for going there) he also gave me a great price on a front axle replacement, something that I had continually been putting off. The brakes come with a lifetime warranty and the axle came with a 5-​year warranty which is a huge help, especially given how expensive car repairs can be. He also included an oil change as part of the package which was a very nice gesture. The car only took a couple of hours from start to finish (there were multiple customers coming in as well) and I watched Ed be as professional and courteous to customers as he was to me.
I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car back to Meineke and definitely recommend stopping in if you’re looking to have some work done.

Steve at Meineke was awesome! He was very professional. Pricing was reasonable. Only bad part is, it’s been less than a year and a half since my brakes were fixed, and I need new ones already!

This is the worst company to go to… I think they are personally worst then Jiffy Lube. They tried multiple times to get over on me because I am a women and I don’t know any better. I would never recommend them to anyone nor go back.

Have been going to Roger and Steve for a long time. They are honest! They stand by their work and it’s great fun waiting for your car. It’s like family. They have a very loyal following. I love having my car cared for by them.

Great service! Steve tried to get me the lowest price possible on my brakes. Will definitely be going back in the future.

I took my car in today to get some exhaust issues looked at, they gave me an honest assessment, a fair price, and they got the job done within an hour. I was very happy with the professionalism, and they even patched up a couple minor things for me at no extra charge. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back there again, and this is going to be my new go-​to trustworthy local shop. It is nice to know that I don’t have to go through the hassle of trying to figure out if I’m getting scammed by auto repair places anymore!

Have been going here for a few years. I used to go to Speedee but they would always try to sell me something extra with my oil changes. This Meineke is not like that. Their oil changes are quick and you can’t beat the price. I have also had countless maintenance services here including brakes and most recently a motor mount and serpentine belt. They will tell you what you need to get fixed and what you can get away with waiting on for awhile. Steve told me about a year ago that my motormount was in bad shape but that it was ok to drive with. He said just come down when I’m ready to take care of it. No pressure! So I just got it fixed yesterday. I don’t know much about cars so I’m not sure on their maintenance pricing compared to other places, but I do think I’m getting a fair deal here. I think they are really honest with their customers.

Roger literally saved me from committing robbery so i could afford the repairs my regular garage said i needed. having foolishly driven off a curb, my poor little car was suffering and belching out black smoke while rattling along.
I was given a $ 1600 estimate which would involve practically replacing all the interior parts of my little corolla. i didn’t even know what most of those parts were for! i thanked them and ran out of there as quickly as i could thinking «dear god, how am i going to live without a car??»
my dad suggested meineke for a 2^nd opinion and boy am i glad i listened to him. i clattered into roger’s lot and out he came before i even stopped and said, «is that an exhaust problem i hear?» he confidently told me he knew exactly what was wrong, lifted my car right up and brought me in to see the problem then succinctly described how he would fix it for a meager $ 120!
30min later i was on the road again.
i don’t understand the discrepancy, i hope garages aren’t trying to cheat customers into more work than necessary. but thank heavens for the rogers and meinekes of this world!

I’ve gone to this location for 7 years. Prompt, friendly service and competitive prices.
Regular oil changes are around $ 20. In and out as fast as they can. No upsells or hassles.
After my Subaru dealer told me I needed a catalytic converter for $ 1800, Roger and his team diagnosed it correctly as an oxygen sensor (for about $ 130).
I have all my brake, exhaust and oil changes done there. I keep my cars for a long time (my last three have gone 200k miles). I can always trust this Meinekie for straightforward, honest advice.
When my Saturn needed a catalytic converter, I shuddered. Converters contain platinum and can be quite expensive. Meinekie came through by using less-​expensive aftermarket (not-​original factory equipment) parts that work just as well for a fraction of the dealer’s price.

I couldn’t be happier going to see Roger at Meineke. I went for an oil change once, and he charged me like $ 20. It was quick, I was in and out, and he was super pleasant to deal with. Nothing pushy, they just changed my oil and I left. I don’t usually go to places like that because I feel like they try to upsell all the time, but I needed an oil change and I had a coupon.
I decided to only go there for my oil changes from now on because of his customer service. My brakes had been squeeking, so I decided to get my oil changed and have them take a look. He said that my brakes were wearing down weird, and had me come into the bay to look. I told him that I had been having the same problem the entire time I’ve had my car, and the last guy I had gone to left my brake pads in the trunk so if it happened again, I could show the mechanic. I did the same, and Roger said that I might need a new brake line or something else (I don’t remember what), but he could put the old brake pads on my car and they would last another 1000 miles or so, so that I could save the money up to get new brakes. Roger didn’t charge me for ANY of this. It took probably an hour for them to change my oil, look at the brakes, take them off, show me, have me show him the old pads, and then them, change all the pads back to the old pads. He only charged me for the oil change. I was so shocked! You don’t get customer service like that any more.
I went to get my brakes done there when the 1000 miles had gone by. He changed the pads and routers and said that the brake line seemed fine, he said it might need to be fixed later down the road but right now it was fine. It cost like $ 300 for all the new pads and routers which was pretty reasonable.
I send my husband to Meineke in his F250, and Roger charges him the same for an oil change on his humungo truck than on my Elantra. That makes me pretty happy! Usually his oil change is $ 40 – 50 at the dealership.
I have gone to another place up the street because they have an express oil change and you don’t even have to get out of the car, but I will go to Meineke for all of my mechanical needs and oil changes when I don’t need an express one.
