Chick-fil-A

The food quality is consistent with Chick-​Fil-​A and it’s something I’ve come to appreciate and expect. I’m a drive-​thru customer 80% of the time. However, they do keep the dining area and bathrooms very clean. Their customer service is typically spot on as well. Unfortunately, in recent months this location began to station staff members outside in the drive-​thru lane, to take orders on what appears to be an iPad. If you are paying with a card, they swipe it after taking your order. If you are paying cash, that transaction still occurs at the window.
This goal of this process, at least in theory, seems intended to speed up the drive-​thru experience. In my experience thus far, it has done the exact opposite. Their drive-​thru was always speedy when they operated it as one normally does. Adding this personal/​digital experience seems to create more confusion among the staff and make room for the smallest of errors. Today, two staff were taking orders and two others were outside at the window collecting money and delivering food. All this, and yet my medium coffee was entered as a small, the straw for a Coke was missing and there was no ranch dip for nuggets. When I brought up the coffee, I was told «I’m sorry, it was entered as a small», with no offering to get the medium. I’m truly hoping this drive-​thru project is a temporary experiment that will soon be discarded.

This Chick fi La is so great! We come here weekly for lunch and to play. The customer service is unbeatable and the bathrooms are always clean.

Product excellent. The girls all around the building taking orders is another thing. In fact I think it slowed down the drive through because there were so many people outside taking orders and such few cars when I came through.

Love the breaskfast biscuits. Great staff. Always hosting some kind of event.

A clean, well kept store with good service. I just have never been a big fan of the food. I tried a grilled chicken wrap on this visit and it was dry. Also tried a grilled chicken salad and was not a fan of the fruit in it. I would rather have vegetables in my salad instead of fruit.

Good food, great customer service, clean place. But most the time I get some cold fries and my sandwiches are made sloppy. All in all it’s an ok place.

ALWAYS clean, good n tasty, and the most polite staff of any fast food restaurant around. I wish ALL fast food chains would be as strict with their employees!!! It’s a breath of fresh air having someone with manners waiting on you at a fast food restaurant!

This place has the friendliest staff! They always have a smile. I have been several times and am always impressed with the service. Keep it up!
