Always out of everything. Want a plain black coffee, they are great. I come once a month and they are out of what I want most of the time. That is crazy.

Lilly served me. The drink was made with more milk than I asked for. Lilly said she would redo it but then she just put it to one side and didn’t come back to me. It wasn’t until one of the other servers asked me if she could help me that I got my drink remade.

The fizzy drinks are good. $ 2.50 for what amounts to 9 ounces of ice in a 16 ounce cup is a bit pricy. Put 85 cents in a Coke machine instead.

Starbucks sucks their coffee is gross and overpriced people only go there because it is a popular thing to do no one actually ever goes to local coffee shops anymore where the coffee is actually good because everyone wants something convenient even though Starbucks is never convenient. Gross coffee poor service crappy food.

We frequent this Starbucks because it’s close, but they don’t quite provide the Starbucks experience we’re used to… the ordering process happens quickly, but it takes a while to get your drinks. This is also the only Starbucks I’ve ever been to where I was asked to pull up from the drive thru & wait for someone to walk out with my drink (I was by myself… it was 1 cup of iced coffee!). They also seem to mix up peoples’ order more frequently than I would expect for a Starbucks, but you’ll still a good cup of coffee… eventually.

I love Starbucks but this store in particular is my fav! The staff are super friendly and they can mix up whatever you want. It’s always packed so you know it’s awesome!

I went to this Starbucks last week with my mom who was visiting from Portland, Oregon. She frequents Starbucks almost everyday back home because there are Starbucks everywhere in Portland. Needless to say, she was dismayed at the awful service we got here. First of all, they were out of whipped cream. What Starbucks runs out of whipped cream? When my mom said, «nevermind then,» the older lady working rudely says «wow!» And rolled her eyes. We went to the Starbucks at USCA instead and although the service was a bit slow, the people weren’t blatantly rude to customers and they had whipped cream for my mom’s mocha!

I visit this particular starbucks at least 3 times a week! The staff is always super friendly. Excellent atmosphere!

The drinks are addicting. I enjoy the hot coffee in the morning and frozen drinks in the afternoon. Also love getting a fresh bag of coffee freshly ground in the store. Favorite drink is the Caramel Frappuccino. The floor behind the counter was very dirty on my last visit.

By far the best Starbucks in the Augusta/​Aiken area. I have been coming to this Starbucks for almost 10 years on a regular basis. They are always friendly, always prompt, and better yet my drink is always perfect! I have been to plenty of other locations around town and no one is as friendly as the North Augusta crew. They remember your name and your order. You aren’t just a customer, you’re a friend. Thanks for being awesome NA Starbucks!

I much prefer the Washington Road location because this one doesn’t have as great a dessert selection and one time the cashier said I was «weird» for not wanting espresso in my drink. Everyone else has been lovely to me and I frequent the drive thru often.

I’ve been coming here for years! The staff who have been working here for past four years or so make superb drinks. The newer staff they’ve been hiring recently have alot to learn. They’re all generally really friendly, and the outdoor area is a awesome place to hang on warm summer nights.

The service was really good and they have a large outside seating area. There is free wifi as can be expected at Starbucks. I enjoyed an iced green tea while I checked my e-​mail.

Starbucks, not much else to say. The staff here tends to be more friendly and prompt than most of the other Augusta area Starbucks.
