What can you say about a bunch of guys who will save you from a plumbing disaster. They are the best. They come right away, prepared to do the job and they get it done right the first time. I had a flooded basement due to a leaking water heater, and when they were pumping the water out we discovered our sewer was clogged as well. Without missing a beat they were able to replace the heater and get the roots out of sewer. I am forever a customer. Thank you guys!!!

There is not much to say, they do plumbing. Don’t have them remodel a bathroom. The price is too high and the end result might not be pleasing. For basic plumbing issues, they are okay. Leaky faucet, shower issues, they are fair.

I called Minuteman for a service call this morning for a problem with my leaking sink and constantly flushing toilet. The serviceman Lincoln came very quickly and examined the situation. He stated we needed a new toilet bowl and major sink repair which was 1275.00 with a 200.00 discount. and refused to give me a written estimate of the work. This is incredibly expensive overkill for what was basically a non complex problem. It turned out the toilet needed a simple chain adjustment. They wanted an immediate commitment to this repair or the serviceman would leave. I will NOT be using this overpriced service again.
