After Hurricane Sandy I put up a Baxi Luna tankless Boiler to replace the traditional one I lost in the storm. Well after 2 years the machine started to have problems. I called them, on a friends recommendation and they came almost immediately and knew exactly what was wrong with it. They fixed it. Of course being a practically new machine I was disappointed that I needed $ 1100 worth of work but being that said, not many plumbers after the storm knew all that much about the water quality in LB being so poor and that filters were needed in order to protect the machine.
I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

The owner of the company actually spoke to me on the telephone and went above and beyond to help me fix the poor installation that I had done by another company. If you own a home, you know that you are not looking for low prices, you want good, secure service at a fair price. And you want to be treated fairly. That is the reason I have recommended this company to my neighbors. They have a great deal of experience with homes on Long Island. Their technicians have obviously been working for the company a good while. I feel relief to know that when I have a plumbing issue, I can call them.
