Walked in today and told the owner, Sobeida, what I wanted to do with my hair. She immediately gave me attitude, and said «You’re going to have to wait» — giving me the nastiest look. I told her I understand and asked her how long would be the wait, more or less. She shrugged and yet again with attitude said «well I don’t know.» She clearly lacks communication skills. Very rude. She clearly doesn’t need money. I left.
It’s sad because I used to come here in high school. She was always nice. Her work is good, but not good enough to tolerate that type of behavior. I used to recommend this place to people. Never again.
