New Concepts Dental Group

I came in today as a new Patient for a cleaning and it was great.
I haven’t been for one in a while and they made me so comfortable and as painless as possible!

The worst experience ever for the whole family and few friends as well!!!
I moved to Billerica and was looking for a new dentist. The first time I went there I got a chance to meet Dr. Waldman. I thought that that day that I was mistaken about the attitude that the doctor has, probably he just had a bad day. Next time I went there it was the same. I was still continue using the same doctor due to convenience, it is very close to my house. few months later when I was trying to see the doctor I was told that because I missed 2 appointments I can’t see my doctor, I only can see a doctor that work Thursdays mornings. Since I work regular hours I can’t do it and they were very clear that they don’t mind that I will leave as a patient. I discussed it with my husband and a friend who happened to be in our house and they told me that they had the same feeling that they same doctor (Dr. Waldman) was very mean to them and didn’t hide his attitude towards them. They also shared the feeling with me that the assistance in his presence even afraid to breath, while when working with different doctors they are very nice and enjoy their work.
If I would be the owner of the practice I would ring multiple bells:
1 the biggest one is the ignorance and attitude of Dr. Waldman
2 new patients don’t get the communications at the beginning what happens when you miss the appointment (I know that I’m guilty here but it would be great to know the price beforehand, instead of seeing newly applied rules to you once in a sudden).

Been coming here for a few years now.
I’ve tried other dentists in the Billerica area and this our favorite place. Inside is really clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
Both Doctors are really nice but my wife and I have been seeing Dr. Krefting our last few visits for our Invisilign and we just think she is so nice and friendly.
My one gripe (and why i only gave 4 stars) would be the hours they are available. It seems like the dentists work at opposite times. If you need to see your dentist for a non scheduled appointment you might not be able to come in right away. I’ve chipped a crown on a Wednesday night and had to wait over the weekend to be seen.
