O’Sullivan Installs

O’Sullivan Installs is by far the best contractor that I have had the pleasure to work with. They show up on time, and complete in a timely manner. They operate a clean job site, and when they leave, it’s like they were never there!
I had two doors installed on my home, along with a storm door (2 years ago). Tim and his crew also move one of my original door to replace a broken and battered garage door at minimal cost. That remove and reinstallation looks as good as the new doors that were installed. I can’t speak highly enough about the way that Tim operates, as everything is all inclusive. I can only image that most of the big box store installers would nickel and dime you on ever consumable used and I doubt that the attention to detail would be the same as well.
Yesterday I had a second storm door installed. Mark came over and started working with a new employee (his first day) and spent time walking him through every process of installing a simple storm door. Marks dedication not only to the job at hand, but also his skill as a teacher/​trainer is commendable. I directly gave Mark the praise he deserved when the job was completed as well.
As for the door, it looks perfect and will add years of use and beauty to my home.

For window, door, and siding installs, Tim O’Sullivan and his crew are the best. I won’t go too deep into details, but they install my insulated siding, new windows (including a bow window), and door. Everything came out great and they did the work in the winter snow. From the start to the finish the crew was on top of it and Tim (the owner) was either on site or communicated everyday. They took care of all the little extras and did the minor changes without charging extra or writing up a change order. I can’t praise them enough for their professionalism or excellence.
