All Computer Repairs

Called Mike at 5pm on a Friday, and my computer was completely fixed and working better than it ever has by 3pm the next day. He showed up at my place about 20 minutes after I called him to provide a FREE diagnosis. Saved me time and a ton of money because my laptop was literally unusable and I was prepared to buy a new one. I tried to fix it using other services like «my clean PC» (ps stay away from them) but Mike fixed my laptop in less than 24 hours. He was also an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommended. Before you give up and spend money on a new PC, you owe it to yourself to give Mike a shot. Very reasonably priced as well, I can’t say enough good things. He saved my laptop.

Mike is good at what he does. He restores your computer in working condition at a good price. This is all if you can catch up with him. His technical skills are good. But they are severely overshadowed by his horrendous administration, customer service, follow up and communication skills. Mike does not return phone calls, text messages or emails. It is very frustrating when you are on a tight deadline or just want a status update on what is happening with your repair. He still has my computer and accessories. I have called for TWO MONTHS trying to get a date /​time when I can pick them up. I have gotten no response. I have asked Mike to mail the items and gotten no response. Mike is great if you don’t mind your items being held hostage, his disappearing, and your not being able to find him. Mike should also work on his professionalism. He works out of a Tax Office and a friend’s home — neither of which are appropriate for receiving customers. Good luck to Mike and good luck to you if you choose to work with him. Be prepared for the run around. Not sure great prices are worth this hassle.
