If I could give zero stars but it makes me give 1. I can honestly say the «tax professionals» are nothing but idiots and moronic when it comes to taxes. There is only 2 people here that had their shit together & of course they were the ones completely booked up. They came to the rescue when the guy doing my taxes didn’t know what to do. Not only did they over charge my credit card, they couldn’t void the transaction. I would suggest going to another tax preparation store. Even turbo tax would be better then this place.
