Let’s see where do I even begin. I stood inline at the drive through for over 7 minutes with no response only to find out that they decide to close the store 10 minutes before closing time. Not only did they not inform the customers through the intercom, their excuse for closing early was because they were out of chicken. Out of chicken? What kind of KFC is this? This location needs to be demolished.

Too bad there’s no ZERO stars choice… this place would have easily earned it. FILTHY!!! My shoes were sticking to the floor! If management doesn’t care what about the North Brunswick health department??? Bad service… Manager was on the phone when I walked in and kept talking for the whole time I was there(ate in…) had to interrupt her personal phone conversation to tell her how filthy I thought the restaurant was… She went right back to her phone conversation…

I would Never go here, I ordered 12 pieces drum stick and thigh and came home. They only gave me 10 pieces, not only this. They gave me mixed with wings. I ordered drum stick and thigh. I called them they told me they gave me wings because they didn’t have enough drum stick. Never apologize and rude as hell. Plus, they told me to just come back and pick up other two missing pieces. So I ask for refund, manager(elderly woman) said her daughter(I guess owner) is not there to refund my money. This looks like family owned business, they are so so greedy. They should lose the frenchise license. Greedy, greedy, and so greedy! If there is zero rating system, I would throw them 0 star.

As part of my new fried chicken quest, I decided to drop in on what I use to consider the symbol of fried chicken, Colonel Sanders and Kentucky Fried Chicken which is commonly referred to as KFC. I have heard rumor that it was changed to the name KFC for legal reasons since they longer serve real chicken? If you have heard this or can confirm it please feel free to leave feedback. Ambiance: Standard fast food joint with drive through. It is an area of route one here there doesen’t seem to have many food choices. Food: I haven’t had KFC in a while so I tried to go in with an open mind, although I do remember the chicken being fatty, greasy, but tender. As of this posting it is still the same. The meat is juicy and tender, but a little too greasy and fatty for my taste. I sometimes think it is food like this that should shared with the less fortunate countries so that can catch up with us in regards to weight. The potato wedges were a hit, I don’t know what gives them flavor, but I guess lucked out where they were freshly taken out of fridge and deep fried, I’m not so sure on the chicken. The biscuit was pure disappointment and I theorize it was more than a day old or overcooked since hard and burnt. The fountain soda was flat. It would seem this is the kind of food you eat after a night at the bars, but not something to seek if you are looking for meal when sober. I honestly want to go to Kentucky and sample the fried chicken and try to rediscover the magic of KFC that I remembered as a kid if the opportunity comes, or maybe this is just the reality of growing up and with more experiences come with more comparisons? I welcome your feedback fellow Unilocalers especially those who are from of live in Kentucky hehe.
