We left our rooms before noon and returned 7:15 pm only to find that our rooms were not cleaned nor were the beds made, and only one of my rooms received clean towels. Also, my blanket had four large cigarette holes. I called the office and I was informed that told the housekeepers were for off and that our housekeeper made a note that we refused service for both rooms. This was far from the truth. Also, neither safe worked and one, the door stays wide open, which is a hazzard. But the office staff were very kind on both shifts. I know this isn’t the Ritz Carlton but I’m sure that the Red Roof makes enough to make upgrades.

The BAD:
Some rooms have a funky smell.
Filled with truckers/​workers and their rigs, who are nice but can be loud. But that is true of all hotels in the area.
Late checkouts seem to utterly confuse them.
The GOOD:
I stayed in several different rooms, one was clean and satisfactory.
Rooms have a microwave and a fridge which is a plus.
The TV and the internet (wireless) were good.
The location is convenient, surrounded by stores and restaurants and near the freeway.
OVERALL:
The price is better than others, but it should be a bit cleaner. Staff is generally nice but could be more effective. Good location.

Wow– new remodeled room and very very nice… great staff and had a good stay highly recommend. The mattess and pillows could have been better but overall for the price it was awesome… convienient!!!
