If you are able to avoid this Burger King… you should! I paid almost 10 dollars for a whopper with cheese that had no cheese, burnt onion rings, and I waited OVER15 minutes for food that was wrong and bad.

Wow. This was the absolutle slowest service I have ever had at a «fast food» place. They were completely unapologetic for their lethargy and the food was mediocre like most burger kings. Cleanliness I’d say a 4⁄10 with big grease stains not wiped off of most of the tables. Just a not great place. I waited 21 minutes for a family of three to get our food. I would not recommend this place to someone ever.

Visited 3 times this week. Once for breakfast, once for lunch and once only because my kids wanted to go. All 3 times were horrible. The first day my ham and cheese croissant was cold. The cheese was not even melted. The cashier asked if I wanted whip cream on my frappé and then when I said yes, she told me they were out of it. For lunch I visited on another day and I love the onion rings with the onion ring sauce and they were all out of it. When I went back 3 days later, still no onion ring sauce. Seems like the employees are trying. Managers just need to do a better job training and ordering products. Just my opinion.

I only have 30 minutes for lunch so have been trying out a few fast food places within 5 minutes of my employer. I have to say this Burger King has come a long way with food quality and service from when I first tried them out back in 1997 when I first started working for my current employer. I keep meaning to ask the girl for her name, but whoever works the drive-through window from 11:15 am to 11:45 am during the week is just great. I work some weekends, also and gone there about the same time and always get good service also. What impresses me the most is that her chipper tone never changes even though I only order value menu items vs. their more expensive combos that they ask you if you like to try when you pull up to order. I had quit going to Arbys because the girl’s tone would instantly change when I would decline whatever premium combo they were offering and order from the value menu and she made me feel poor. This girl at Burger King is always perky and smiling. and quick. The food is always great and not too greasy. They have really improved on their fries… a tad bit too much salt at times, but still a great crispy taste and cooked just right… never greasy or light colored. The chicken nuggets have really improved over the years as well. They offered popcorn chicken briefly, I was a bit disappointed when that went away but maybe they will bring it back. All and all I have to say this Burger King is the best Burger King I have been to in terms of customer service and food quality.
