My husband was craving Chinese for lunch today, so we decided to give them a try. A buffet works great for our family, as there are enough options to make everyone happy. We had a great experience. I love fried dumplings, and while there were only steamed dumplings on the bar, the hibachi chef was more than happy to cook them on the griddle for us, and they were delicious! The sushi I ate was also great. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again!

Doesn’t even deserve one star! Food was not fresh at all the only good part was the sweet tea. Everything was bland no flavor and my fiancé tried the buffalo wings. Ugh! Tasted like water and vinegar with orange coloring. The waitress was not nice at all, she hovered over us even before we were even done. We paid at the table and she kept hovering even before we got dessert! Just awful food and service

Last night we celebrated my mother-in-law’s birthday at this place. As soon as my mother-in-law walked in she was told that the last time she was there that she didn’t pay for her food. This is the first time that she was ever there. Not only did she have to pay for the room that we were in, but they also took her ID and said if anyone does not pay you will have to pay for them. As we all started to arrive, they began questioning the children about their age and when the child answered they told them that that was not their age. I got fed up and simply stated do not speak to another child in this room. Only speak to the adults or no one at all. Drinks took forever to come and refills never happened. All during dinner we were watched and followed anytime we walked out of the room. At one point we had to guys standing in the door way with there armed folded watching us like they were security. The came to pay so that we could leave and it was a mess. None of the checks were correct and they had the nerve to argue about the number of people in their party and the ages of their children. The food was pretty gross and the service was worst. Don’t waste you time or money unless you like being treated like a criminal!!! We will never go back to this place again.

Sushi was disgusting the avocado was brown and there were some ingredients I could not identify including some yellow spongy stuff. The flavors of all the food are in the same kind of Brown sauce. This place used to have a large sushi selection which was the only reason I went there. After today we will not be going back as the quality of the sushi has gone away.

Cool atmosphere, about 11 bucks for buffet with a drink included, it has been remodeled in the last year, pay as you leave, all you can eat. Decent seafood, not expecting top notch food because it is a buffet after all. Food is made in mass quantities and if it runs out it will be filled up again before your next plate of food.

If you want to see a kid drinking soy sauce straight from the bottle, a big gallon of dishwashing soap as hand soap in the ladies room and waitress walking by your table every 5 minutes to look at your plate then youre in the right place! The food is probably a two star, it was ok for«americanized asian food» kinda similar to panda express. But hey its the only buffet around the place so if you still want to try it out just be prepared.

The prices are reasonable. The seafood and noodles were excellent. Steer clear of the deserts though. Overall a very good dinner for us and the kids.

Not knowing what to expect I went in only to find myself in this pretty spacious buffet serving Chinese(and American for the faint of heart), I went straight for the fish head, any type of bivalves that I could find(shortneck clams, mussels, etc) crab legs and Crayfish. I was a bit skeptical at first thanks to some Unilocal reviews but then again I didn’t have 100 questions, use the restroom nor the need to talk to anyone so my focus was deposited on the food, seafood particularly, if you want good service I’d advise you to avoid food joints at strip malls, if you’re gonna complain about the decoration, go to Ikea and enjoy some Swedish meatballs.

Not sure where to begin. The food was cold & tasted horrible. They didn’t have labels on any of the dishes & none of the staff spoke English. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Even the dessert tasted horrible.

Filthy, low quality and gross restrooms. If you are looking for a third world type experience, you have the perfect place. They should rename it Diarrhea Dragon, I have a feeling that it’s a pretty common occurrence here.

Omg, where do I begin… The place is HUGE! Well lit and nicely decorated … But our waitress struggled with the language barrier so it was hard sometimes to understand what she was telling or asking us. My boyfriend and I came to Charleston for the weekend and were determined to find a place with all you can eat crab legs because they closed the place where we’re from. We had SERIOUS sticker shock though… $ 31.99 per person!!! Plus a drink!!! Ouch! The food was really good but if I had access to crab legs I wouldn’t pay that price. Other than that we had a great dining experience.

Do not eat here. Of the items I did eat, the only ones that were at the proper temperature was the sushi and the iced tea. And o may be wrong about the sushi. Everytgung else was cold or luke warm. I hope that I don’t get sick from the food.

Atrocious. At dinner, just about everything was horrible and had to be spit out. The food is not labeled and every meat dish is a mystery. Most of the fish is imitation. Just dispicable.

If you haven’t been recently the menu has changed yet again and this time for the worse rather than for the better. It seems the more Asian items have disappeared and enter the typical American items. I was sad to see the steamed dumplings go and be replaced with some horrible chopped up ribs. I am not sure this place will stay on my lunch menu options.

China Buffet is not the most authentic place that serves Chinese food, but then again neither are any Chinese Buffets that I have been to. This restaurant has one of the friendliest servers and for a cheap buffet it could always be worse. Their food is surprisingly pleasant and they have pretty much anything you could possibly want in any buffet. They are also one of the cleanliest Chinese Buffets that I ever ate at. The worst part of this place is the horrible parking lot that contains loads of creepy individuals that look as though they are about to stab anyone that walks by. There is nothing spectacular about this restaurant but they are decent for their price and to me I always love a bargain.

Beyond awful. The word buffet should already be indicative of what you should expect since buffets by nature are inherently atrocious. There is quite a large selection, but then again Walmart has a large selection and I have never associated the words ‘Walmart’ and ‘Good’. I am also still slightly concerned as to why a Chinese buffet has pizza. Lastly the restaurant is super dodgy.

Overall, a pretty decent Chinese buffet. The food was about what you would find at any other Chinese buffet, though I did think that their hot and sour soup was especially good. I wasn’t able to find any General’s chicken, which surprised me … I’ve always considered that a Chinese restaurant staple. I liked that the sizes of the individual items tended to be on the smaller side, which made it easier to try a lot of different items without having to overfill your plate. One thing that was a little annoying was that many of the dishes weren’t labeled, so you kind of had to guess what you’re eating. Our server was great. I often find that at buffets, the servers don’t do so well at keeping your drinks refilled, but that was definitely not the case here. The prices were pretty good too … it was somewhere around $ 7 or $ 8 for an adult lunch buffet.

Normally I am not reviewing buffetts or even going to them but I was about to undergo a fast and they had sushi so I thought why not. Wow, was I pleasantly surprised. The sushi selection went around an entire preparation area and had its own room. I was shocked how much they had to offer from tuna to eel to tofu and beyond. There was a Mongolian bbq option along with the vast Chinese/American blend of choices The restaurant was spotless and the service was respectful and consistent. Overall a great selection for a China Buffet. The lunch is only 6.99 after tax.

This place used to have a hibachi steak bar but, no more. :(If they still had that they’d get 5 stars. the place is HUGE. Bars and bars of cheap, deep fried, americanized chinese food. I love it! Service is almost always great, and I would definitely return! They have a salad bar, sushi bar, american food bar, chinese bar, dessert bar, fruit/raw seafood bar. Anything you can imagine, they have!

Have to give it solid 4.5, because they have so many things to offer, plus over 20 different types of sushi. I went up to the sushi area 3 times and got different ones each time. The only thing that was bad about it, was that I can’t eat meat on Fridays(thanks to Lent), and there was a lot of «meaty» options. Since I can eat seafood and veggies though, there were still a lot of options. People were nice, place was clean, and yes, the bathroom was clean too!
