The customer service here is horrible! I called because when they connected my washer that i purchased and paid for delivery/​installation they did it wrong. Lady put me on hold forever. I hung up and called back and she said she had it taken care of and I would get a call for an appt. Didnt get a call so i drove back there. Person at store said there wasnt a request! Also at same time i purchased 2 laptops, washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove, fridge, and microwave. Had problems with laptop and when i brought it back sales guy fixed it. I asked the store manager who was there at the time. young skinny guy who has a horrible attitude if there was anyway i could get the 30 days warranty extended in case I had any more problems. He refused! Now its over the 30 days and my laptop doesnt work… no sound and nothing but internet works on it. I literally cant even turn it off! Ive now spend hrs on the phone with HP and i have no laptop bc i have to ship this one in and wait for a replacement for up to 2 weeks! Will NEVER shop here again. I suggest staying as far away from this place as possible.

I have to say the customer service here wasn’t the best. I ended up purchasing a TV from here however it wasn’t the one I wanted that was listed in their latest catalog on sale. It was floor stock so used and the most discount they said they could give was 10% which I think is terrible but I wanted a tv so I ended up buying it. The lady at the customer service desk was clueless, 2 stars because the sales guy was a little better.
