This is the second time I’ve had Jimmy Johns. So delicious and refreshing. I’ve gotten the Pepe both times. I love that they deliver just one sub if necessary. Cookies are delicious and so are the chips. The delivery people are so nice and always smiling.

First off let me say that I’m not a Jimmy John’s hater, I hate bad service, lazy workers and dumb policies!
That being said, the employees are nice, for the most part… Thats the good part of this review, now for the bad…
As others have pointed out, their delivery area is joke! Next time I want a sub, I’ll go to Jersey Mikes!

Same day two orders from one workplace. One came in 5 minutes, one in more than 15. When you have a 30 minute lunch break, 15 minutes waiting defeats the delivery purpose. Had a roast beef sub with sad tomatoes, too much mayo and ice wtf lettuce. I paid 10 $ w/tip for a boring half eaten sandwich and a bag of chips. Never again especially when I can get twice the food at Panda Express for less.

Good sandwiches at good prices. They keep it simple and they do it well. This particular location is newer and pretty well taken care of. Gets really busy around lunch time on weekdays.
Protip: They really are as fast as they claim to be with deliveries, HOWEVER, this is because they only deliver to certain areas. You could be less than two miles away from the store but if you aren’t in the right direction, you might not be in their area and they will not deliver to you.

Delivery area is nonsense. Sure, they can claim their delivery is super fast because it’s about a piddly .5 mile radius, if that. Their deceptive claims are BS. My office park is 1.8 miles away and apparently that is just too far. Complete nonsense.

Perfect quality everything. From the friendly knowledgable staff, quick service, clean as clean gets store, and as I always am a critic on… Sweet tea game here is top notch!
I always appreciate being greeted within 7 seconds of entering any establishment– I was greeted almost instantly! I didn’t know what I wanted, took a couple minutes but the friendly girl up front didn’t seem to mind at all! I was trying to order a sandwich and add/subtract and substitute all sorts of things. She asked if I just wanted the #11 because that’s exactly what I was describing– so of course that was my choice in sandwich!
The store was 30 minutes from closing, like most restaurants or stores. You get less than quality food and service BUT here… Totally different story! All in all, it was a good and quick food run! Will definitely be back!

So much Jimmy John’s hate on here, not so much for this location, but most of them have negative reviews. That’s unfortunate because this place is pretty awesome.
First off their bread is great. One of my favorite breads from a sub place.
Second, the Italian Night Club with Hot Peppers is better than anything JMs has.
If you’ve never given this place a shot, don’t be scared off by the negative reviews, try it!

I have eaten here a lot over the last several weeks. Mostly because it is fast. Your in, your out… except between 12 PM and 1 PM when this area is a nightmare. I suggest going at 11:30 AM or anytime after 1:00 PM. If anything, at least you can park your car during these times.
Atmosphere — Noisy! Every JJ I have been to is loud. I think it is to irritate you so you will want to get the heck out of the place.
Service — Super Fast! The guy making your sandwich is always ease dropping on your order so it can be ready in no time. I am not sure how he does this w/blaring music, fan exhaust noise, and reflective surfaces galore.
Food — I like the Turkey Tom (lettuce, tomato, bean sprouts, and turkey (I think cheese is an option that I never get). I also recently found that JJ has excellent roast beef, for which I get with the Big John… another fav of mine. I like the bread at JJ too. It smells yeast-y.
Overall — JJ is a great alternative to Subway.

Pretty good sub. I’ve had better and i’ve had worse. Girl at the counter was sort of argumentative about my order which was weird… she kept trying to convince me to order something else. Strange.
