I contacted 4 different companies about installing a new HVAC unit in my home. To begin with, all of the other companies told me the prices for new units would go up as it got closer to the summer & winter months. Morelli was the only one who told me that was not the case with them. The prices were what they were and they wouldn’t change. PS, Morelli had the best rates.
The installation experience was about as good as I could have asked for. I enjoyed the two gentlemen who came to install my new unit. They were very friendly, courteous, professional, and respectful from the moment they arrived (which by the way was at exactly 8:45am, the precise time they were scheduled to be there). They wrapped up well ahead of schedule and everything is working great! They cleaned up very well. You would never have known someone was in my house doing work.
I also went back and forth emailing Brian, the guy who gave me the original quote. He was always quick to answer my emails and once I was ready to pull the trigger on the install, he was able to get me scheduled just a few days later, much quicker than I was expecting.
No pushy up-​selling, fair prices, and good service. Highly recommended.
